Laura Schlessinger's son's MySpace page being investigated

 TMZ has learned that the US Army is investigating whether the son of holier-than-thou talk show host Dr. Laura created an unbelievably graphic and offensive MySpace page including scenes of rape, torture and child molestation.
A MySpace page allegedly created by and containing a trove of photos of what appeared to be Deryk Schlessinger, Dr. Laura's 21-year-old son who is serving as a Specialist with the 82nd Airborne Division in Afghanistan with the US Army, was pulled from the popular file-sharing site last week, as the Salt Lake Tribune first reported. We're told by an Army rep that it contained cartoon depictions of rape, murder, torture and child molestation, not to mention photos of soldiers with guns in their mouths -- among other scenes, and a picture of a blindfolded prisoner with the caption "My Sweet Little Habib." Lt. Col. Robert Tallman of the Army called the MySpace page "disturbing."
What's more, one blog entry on the site read, in part, "I LOVE MY JOB, it takes everything reckless and deviant and heathenistic and just overall bad about me and hyper focuses these traits into my job of running around this horrid place doing nasty things to people that deserve it ... and some that don't."
Lt. Col.Tallman tells TMZ that the Schlessinger investigation is "ongoing" and that Deryk is still on active duty. Deryk didn't respond to a request for comment by the Tribune, and Dr. Laura's rep suggested that the MySpace page could be a fake.

If this is true, seems whatever way she raised him, wasn't the right way.
I used to listen to her everyday and at first she made a lot of sense. After a while, she got on my nerves with her lack of patience and insensitivity.

I hate Dr. Laura. I listen to her everyday just so I can yell at the radio, I guess. I can't believe how cruel and sadistic she is to callers. She's such a fraud. I remember when a tab posted a picture of her, taken years ago by her boyfriend. She was naked and spread eagle on the bed. It was not a pretty sight. Yuck.
I knew her kid would end up majorly fucked up.

to me, she's the female version of doctor phil. maybe going through some tough times of her own will make her more human. i always wondered "who would call this bitch with the way she treats them?" I wish Rosie O'Donnell would give her a beat down...

We say that the cobbler's kids always go without shoes! But that coz my dad is a dentist (& for the record I didn't get my first filling till I was 17! My god was tht a shocker! And it HURT!!!!)

Yep! Due to my daddy brushing my teeth every night when I was little & instilling good dental habits into us at an early age..... oh yeah, we weren't allowed sweets between meals either... LOL!!!
I'd never heard of this woman, but thought that some of you guys might have - hence the post. Glad it's cheered you up! There's nothing like a bit of "how the mightly have fallen" to put a smile on a face!

Dr Laura and her mother didnt get along. the woman died alone. when i got wind of this, i emailed her show and told her what i thought of her (i didnt hold back since she's so cruel to her listeners, i figured whats good for the goose ... ) well, her 'flunkies' emailed me, told me that i was a loser (in so many words) said that they would never let her see my emails, that she was a warm and caring woman and that i should pray for myself. jeez
