Did Scarlett Johansson dump Ryan Reynolds already?

According to a very reliable source, the pair checked into the historical, ultra-hip Hotel Congress this Monday. Still trying to get details on how many rooms were charged or the size and how many beds were in the (if only one) room. Sitek is the guitarist and producer for the critically-acclaimed, noisy post-punk band TV On the Radio. (He's the white dude with glasses in the band. Yeah, I know, otherwise, that woulda been EXTREMELY explosive, huh?)

Johansson, star of Ghost World, Lost in Translation and probably the most sought-after actress in Hollywood at the moment, had recently been linked with actor Ryan Reynolds, who most certainly was not with her this week.

Sitek is no stranger to Hotel Congress. TVOTR played an amazing show at Club Congress last year and the band ended up spending the night upstairs after the performance.

Johansson and Sitek were seen dancing at '80s night in the dance club section of the hotel though nobody seemed to notice. Later they took in some diner food at Grill on Congress St. She was wearing a tan hat, "like a bowler hat almost but more straw like. And I think she was wearing shorts. She really fit into the grill atmosphere," we were told by a fellow diner in an adjoining booth. The unlikely couple was seated in a booth with two unidentified guests.

Our spy also noted her hair was pulled back in a ponytail and Johansson was wearing "big glasses," though there was "no mistaking that nose." Whatever that means. Incidentally, they also noticed a nose ring. There were a couple of females joining them, "or maybe it was some boys who at first glance looked like girls." Hmm, well, it was 3am when they left. And they WERE at Grill, where you can't swing a dead cat without hitting dozens of skinny, androg, hipster boys with shaggy hair.

It must be noted that the two were sitting across from each other and there was no physical contact as they were leaving. But what the HELL were the couple doing in Tucson? Was it because Congress was featured in Vanity Fair this month? Also of interest is that TVOTR have a CD coming out shortly and they performed on Jimmy Kimmel in late April. Ya think they met at an after-party? At Coachella? TVOTR played the festival last year but skipped last month. Hmm...

UDATE: The two in question did charge two rooms. And they appeared to be with two other people. Who slept where, we don't know. But it is odd...
