Hugh Heffner was spotted acting paternal as he tenderly patted girlfriend Holly Madison’s tummy at a May 15 party at L.A. ’s Hyde Lounge. Forgoing her usual snug attire, Holly, 27, one of Hef’s three girlfriends, sported a baggy babby doll dress.

Sources say no baby is on the way just yet, but don’t be surprised if the father of four becomes a dad again! “Holly’s just dying to get pregnant and marry Hef so he can be all hers,” one of her pal tells Star.

It wouldnt suprise me, i bet he already has 20 + illegitimate children that will creap out of the woodwork once he drops dead considering how many women he's shagged over the years! The baby momma's want the empire and getting preggers with his baby is better than marrying him.

Hugh Hefner already is a Dad. He was married when he was young, and has a daughter, who ran the business for quite a while. I also thought that he and his second wife, Kimberly, also had a kid? Or am I delusional...

He has one grown up daughter, Christine, who runs the empire and then, I think, two boys with Kimberly whatever-her-name-is. It really makes you wonder if viagra is such a good thing, eh?

Hef has at least three kids. There wa a daughter who ran the company. Kim Conrad had Cooper and Marston, who were on TV recently and they are getting older.

Hef aka Pimp Supreme of the Twentieth Century, has had many women in and out of his bed. How many of them had to move on to get rich? Where are some of them? Barbi Benton, Shannon Tweed, Sondra Theodore and loads of others tried to reel him in.

Maybe he is much smarter than she thinks.

He also has another grown son who is either slightly older or younger than Christie. You never hear about him, though.
