Sienna Miller's Partying Upsets Neighbours

British actress SIENNA MILLER has infuriated close neighbours who are fed up with her late night house parties.

The Factory Girl star, who lives in London, stands accused of keeping nearby residents up with noisy nocturnal gatherings - and some are so tired of the disturbances they're threatening to call in the cops.

One tells British newspaper The Independent, "She has parties with bouncers that last until daylight. "The music's so loud that it rattles our windows. When someone's gone round to complain, the music's turned down a bit and then turned up when they've gone.

"We're going to call the noise police if it carries on." Miller is currently away from home filming Dylan Thomas biopic The Edge of Love in Wales.

Why haven't they called already? it's stupid.. the cops just come by, tell them to turn it down, and then as soon as they leave it goes back up. Theyre useless.

We had a neighbour like that. she would play music so loud that the plates on our dinning table would move and could not see the problem. I still hate her even though we've moved.
