Default Paris Hilton advised to get jail over and done with ASAP

Paris Hilton is being urged by friends to take the leap and ask if she can start her jailtime before the court-mandated 5th June.

Paris has recently hired DUI-specialist attorney Richard Hutton to front up her appeal (should it be granted) and is said to be exploring other options to get out of the jailtime but with those options not looking particularly hopeful, friends are urging her to just get it over and done with.

A friend of the socialite’s told In Touch Weekly: “Various people are telling her the chances of avoiding jail are just about nil. They are telling her she should take a deep breath, do her time and then get on with her life.”

Threatening messages, claiming to be from existing inmates of the Century Regional Detention Facility, have been left on Paris’ website, suggesting the heiress will be victimised during her time inside despite being kept in a special cell, separated from the more violent offenders.

Another friend told the Sun: “Paris is distraught. She can’t eat, she can’t sleep, she’s terrified. This is a nightmare.”

In a statement issued via Richard Hutton yesterday, Paris said she was “ready to face the consequences of violating probation. No one is above the law. I surely am not. I do not expect to be treated better than anyone else who violated probation. However, my hope is that I will not be treated worse.”

It pissed me off how on TV they were talking about how she shouldn't have to serve her time because of all the death threats and because she is "HIGH" profile.. PLEASE. Most everyone who goes to jail gets threats and so what everybody will know who she is. Doesn't mean you get a get outta jail free card. WTF is the world coming too?

I'm not a Martha Stewart fan at all, but I think everyone had a newfound respect that she at least sucked it up and headed off to jail. She realized she did the crime and had to do the time.

^^True, but do you know how many people do the same thing Martha did and don't get punished? (LOTS). She was totally a scape goat. What did her in was lying on the stand. Something Paris did as well.

What makes Paris think she is above all this Idont know. IThey dont have very high pedestals in jail and if they do its only so that the big guys can reach the short guys properly and bend him over without hurting their backs. At least now Paris can see what reality is like unlike her "reality Tv show".

And Martha wasn't placed in segregation. Nobody is going to get to Paris in segregation. She's lucky that they're doing that for her. Do you think they didn't know what awaited Jeffrey Dahmer when he went to prison? Of course they did and they didn't segregate him. So once again Paris is receiving special treatment. She should stop being such a baby and be grateful for that.

Oh poor Paris.... NOT... I wished she would go away. The pitiful photos of her at the moment are ridiculous.
