Perhaps it speaks to her humble beginnings that Courtney Love will fight for her right to hangout in a trailer. At the Coachella music festival, held over the last weekend in April, the rock 'n roll legend was hassling staff for a trailer to chill out in, reports online gossiper Janet Charlton. That pic of her looking like Janice from the Muppets was taken at Coachella, and note she stands before one of the coveted trailers.

She was hoping to steal the digs of a small Brazilian electro-punk group, CSS. The group was super enthusiastic to meet Court, but the grunge queen lost interest when she realized she wasn't going to get their trailer. She wasn't performing, so she was just flexing her celebrity status with this demand. If she's famous enough to get a lawn chair, she should be satisfied.

Verizon Drops Akon After His "Trip To Africa" Business
The bad behaviour of Akon, Gwen Stefani's go-to man for the woo-hoos on her hit "The Sweet Escape," has probably driven a sponsor away from their upcoming Sweet Escape tour. Cell-phone company Verizon has dropped the "I Wanna Love You" singer as one of their featured artists on their music service and jumped ship as a sponsor of the Sweet Escape tour.

They aren't saying why, but the big Akon news of late surrounds a dance competition the rapper held for a "trip to Africa" at a concert in Trinidad. The winner was a 15-year-old girl and the "trip" was a rough, sexually charged dance that could be considered sexual assualt. Trinidad's Prime Minister, Patrick Manning, has said he is monitoring the situation, which means he is forwarding the You Tube link to pals. Akon seems like a real dick, what with this and practicing polygamy and hawking diamonds. Verizon, we salute you.
