Paris Hilton gives Elliot Mintz the boot

InTouch Weekly is reporting that Paris Hilton and Elliot Mintz have called it quits after she blamed his ass on the reason she drove on a suspended license. Paris was sentenced to 45-days in the slammer for driving on a suspended license, violating her probation. Elliot testified for her, but the hot judge called the testimony "worthless."

What is Elliot going to do now? He was practically living in her coochie. He's probably thanking the heavens.

Paris also doesn't think the sentence was fair. She told cameras outside of her house, "I told the truth yesterday. I feel that I was treated unfairly. It's both cruel and unwarranted." Dumb hobag meant "cruel and unusual." The crappy thing is Paris may not even serve the full 45 days due to overcrowding. Michelle Rodriguez was sentenced to 90-days at the same jail and was let go after 2 hours due to overcrowding. Ugh, I hope they let other prisoners go so this wonk ho can serve the full sentence.

Kathy Hilton also added her two cents, because she has nothing better to do. "This is pathetic and disgusting, a waste of taxpayer money with this nonsense. It's a joke." No, this is a perfect way to spend taxpayer money. I'm not even a resident of California and about to send a check to the State thanking them for giving it to this dumb slut. I just hope they keep here in there for the full 45-days.

She won't even be in the general population and she's throwing a fit because she violated probation. If she had done that in Texas the judge could force her to serve out the full sentence; she needs to just stfu and maybe just maybe she'll get two-for-one and some time served (did she even spend any actual time in jail when she first go busted?)... people like this annoy me.

I agree. Kathy Hilton is so obviously a major part of this problem. As I said on another thread, Parisite picking up trash alongside the freeway by day and incarceration from Thursday night to Monday morning would be a very good use of taxpayer money.

... and I'm not gloating but I think I called this a couple of days ago... I'm sure that our Elliott is VERY happy about this. He had a fab PR reputation prior to this (which I guess is how he got the job) at least now he can either a) retire & play golf, b) set up in private practice & play golf, c) teach & play golf...

Can you imagine the conversation? Paris "its all your fault" Elliot "I told you not to drive" ..... I hope he got his digs in....

Elliot Mintz No Longer on Paris Patrol

Just two days after a judge sentenced her to 45 days in jail for violating her probation, Paris Hilton's longtime publicist Elliot Mintz has announced he is no longer representing the heiress. In court Friday, Paris claimed that it was Elliot who had mistakenly assured her she was able to drive, even though she had a suspended license. The judge, however, didn't buy her claim, and sent her to the slammer.

TMZ contacted Mintz Sunday evening, who issued the following statement:

The day after the hearing, I sent an e-mail expressing my sadness over the ruling of the judge and the irrational sentence he imposed. In that e-mail I also offered my sincerest apology for any misunderstanding she received from me regarding the terms of her probation. To the extent that I have miscommunicated information I received from her attorneys......I am deeply and profoundly sorry. I told her that I assume personal responsibility for my part in this matter. I believe when stated in court that she believed it was o.k. for her to drive under certain circumstances she was being absolutely truthful. Due to this misunderstanding, I am no longer representing Paris. For the record, I have nothing but love and respect for Paris and her family. Paris is a wonderful person and does not deserve the punishment that was handed down by the court. I only wish her my best.

Which is why I was questioning the press' "banned sacked Elliott" thing. No statement has been issued to that effect & I'd have thought that she's skanky enough to *cough* "leak" it via her tame jurnos on page 6.....
