Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Breakup?

I saw a rumor on another board that Katie had dumped Tom, but they didn't give any details or a source. Has anybody heard about this? Is it for real? Sounds too good to be true.

Since Katie's knocked up and has dropped all of her upcoming projects, I don't think she's at a place right now where she can afford to break her contract with Tom. There would probably be some hefty fines involved.

Maybe Katie has a clause in her contract that says she can back out if she can prove that Tommy boy is a stark raving mad lunatic. Even if she gave up all of her upcoming projects, her home, and her friends, she should still be pretty much set for life. I can't see Tom disclaiming his little kitten especially since they have done so much of a PR spin claiming the kitten was conceived naturally. I mean, that would only reinforce the "Tom is Gay" speculation, especially since the baby would turn out to be a "fraud".

I have a friend who works as a make up artist in H'wood.

This is what she said about the whole TomKat realationship. I'm quoting her e-mail directly:

"The whole situation DID involve Rob Thomas as was indicated a few months ago. I love Rob and hadn't heard of his involvement from anyone who actually knew until recently. His wife Marisol found him with Tom and was ready to leave Rob and expose all and then the Scientologists, lawyers, etc. called emergency meetings, paid off Marisol, who will stay with Rob for the time being and the whole Katie/girlfriend plan was hatched to take Tom in another direction. Katie was 'chosen' from 7 or 8 possibilites and they have a 5 year 7 million per year contract. She has to become Scientologist as does the child who will be "born in" and therefore at the highest level attainable for Scientology.
I'm disappointed in Rob as he was always faithful to Marisol and she was really sick for awhile, Lupis or something like it I can't remember what it is, but the whole Tom thing was supposedly just an opportunity that presented itself and he'd been under alot of stress, etc. It wasn't a long term affair. He just took advantage of doing something different I guess, or that's what he said as explanation."

That's a very interesting story. I hate the idea of Rob with Tom too, but not because guy/guy grosses me out, just because Tom's a lying ass (and a religiously deluded one at that) and Rob's married. If Tom actually had the balls to be openly gay/bi and not give a fuck what people thought I might come close to finding him hot again. He's not a bad looking guy. I even used to think he was cute once, aside from the dicknose...what my brother used to make fun of about him...something I didn't notice until his flawed personality made me start to notice his physical flaws more.

That's not from "your friend", I read this text on another site about a month of two ago.

How convenient that there be a "baby" so quickly into the set up. Of course it will make TOm (in his delusional eyes) look like a 'real' man, but to the intelligent rest of us its a sham of the first degree.

I had read something when the Rob Thomas/Tom Cruise rumors flared up. Apparently Rob Thomas was also supposed to be a scientologist as well. When he was asked about the TC hookup, he said he was not gay, had never been w/ TC, but he was more offended that people believed he was a scientologist.
