I am shocked! SHOCKED! Rosie O’Donnell emceed the Matrix Awards for 2,000 of New York’s most accomplished women in media at the Waldorf-Astoria Grand Ballroom. Besides using the “F” word while having control of the microphone, she also went on a rant about Donald Trump that ended with Rosie grabbing her private parts and screaming “Eat me!” She also said she was sad because “it was always my dream to give an old, bald billionaire a boner.”
Mind you, she is saying these things at the annual luncheon of N.Y. Women in Communications. Women like Martha Stewart, Hilary Clinton, and Barbara Walters (who was hiding her face the entire time) were in attendance. I guess a bunch of women could have handled her vulgar comments. BUT there were 17 high school students who each won scholarships to help them pursue careers in the field. Ay Yai Yai!

I think it's funny.
It's a luncheon, why get all stuffy? And I'm sure the high school kids have heard and said much worse.
She should stop talking about Trump, though. It's old and she should get over it.

I don't mind vulgarity (that sick British humour I suppose) but it has to be FUNNY to me.
I don't think it was necessary at this particular function, however.....

I'm all for humor at those events. Hell, without it those things are boring as hell. I don't know when crotch grabbing and the f bomb became funny though.

I blame whoever made the choice to have her as emcee. There were no other accomplished women who could have done a better job?
