Gene Simmons court case goes on.

Rocker Gene Simmons may not be able to kiss and tell.
A judge upheld a lawsuit filed against the KISS co-founder by a woman who said he portrayed her as "unchaste."

Simmons argued that given today's sexual morality, the lady didn't have a case.

But in a ruling made public yesterday, Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Rosalyn Richter said that although sex between unmarried persons is certainly viewed differently than it once was, she was unable to find any precedents to support his argument.

Simmons is being sued by Georgeann Walsh Ward, 53, who says she began dating him in 1972 when he was still an elementary school teacher.

Ward said she was shocked to see her photo flashed repeatedly during a VH1 documentary in which Simmons described himself as a "24-hour whore" who has had sex with 4,600 women.

Ward argued that she had a monogamous three-year relationship with Simmons, but by using her photo in the documentary, he made it seem like she was a groupie.

Simmons boasts onscreen that "there wasn't a girl that was off-limits, and I enjoyed every one of them." His lawyer argued that since he was talking about himself, he couldn't possibly have defamed Ward.

But Richter also rejected that argument.

Lawyers for Simmons and Ward could not be reached for comment.

I've got to say that I know there are any number of women who will spread for this long tongue attached to an ugly man, but really...he is a pig, yes?
