Drug dealers usually diluted hard drugs. Less for more. Rod probably needs a shitload of coke to get high.

This is a very interesting variation on the

Cars don't last as long...fridges burn out more quickly...
cocaine and other drugs are mixed with laundry detergent--HUH?
