With the engagement party blowout, the inevitable couple’s shower sloshfest, the “let’s choose stationary” and wedding dress fitting happy hours, and the 17-day bachelorette party leading up to the 172 kegger reception at the ranch, Texas residents may want to start stocking up on booze rations now. And I would expect the tightest security in history, as the Secret Service struggles to keep Dick Cheney unarmed and prevent leaked photos of W. doing Jello shots out of Condi’s navel.
