Jenny from the Block and her warlock husband Marc Anthony aren’t as magically in love as their public facade would have you believe. According to Page Six,

Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony are lovey-dovey in public, but insiders say they’ve hit a rough patch in their marriage. “There was a fight on New Year’s Eve… There was a fight after she performed at the Super Bowl, and when she had an album-listening party in Miami two months ago, there was an issue.” A friend of both said, “They fight, sure, but everyone fights.” A rep for Lopez said, “They’re fine.”

I heard they argue about his insisting she call him “Morlune of the Shadowed Remains” while they’re doing it. And about his love of Brylcreem and all things greasy and unattractive. Being legally tethered to the ugliest man on Earth isn’t exactly a basket of fucking fruit, you know. It’s more like a big basket of “Magic: the Gathering” and “regret.”

I've noticed that he has looked increasingly worse ever since he married her. They both seem like controlling ego-maniacs. I doubt life with either one of them is that great.

This is sad. J.Lo seems to have everything except true love. She doesn't seem to be too lucky when it comes to men. Hopefully though this is all just speculation and they're going strong. Time will tell!

I almost feel out of my chair laughing when Joan Rivers interviewed them briefly on the red carpet:

Joan: I hope you two stay together forever because I think you make a wonderful couple!

^ They didnt look happy together and looked almost afraid that thier actions/face would give them away infront of Joan Rivers! It certainly left an impression on me that this was NOT GOOD...

Singers Jennifer Lopez and Marc Anthony put on a good front in public, but insiders say the marriage is, like a good Scotch, on the rocks.

One insider says it's not looking good for JLo and her controlling hubby, saying that marital bliss for the two is going up in smoke, since lately they've been fighting quite a bit.

They even had a dust-up on the very first day of 2007. Always a good sign. Says the insider: "There was a fight on New Year's Eve."

And what might that issue be?

Well, says this fly on the wall, the issue was Marc's utter lack of interest in backing up his wife in public. JLo got up to talk about her upcoming album, but there was a noticeable undercurrent of tension going on between her and the hubby.

Says the insider -- JLo said: "This is my dream and Marc and I worked so hard on this album...Marc, would you like to say something?" Marc stared at his wife coldly and said "No," then looked away.

Way to go, Marc! That's absolutely the way to keep your woman happy. Especially if that woman happens to be a proud, ambitious Leo like JLo. Yes, indeed, lionesses love it when you toss cold water all over their big dreams and make them look like idiots in public. They love it.

One of the major issues they've been caught fighting about is starting a family -- the ambitious JLo reportedly keeps putting off a pregnancy to concentrate on her career, while the evidently very busy Marc already has four kids with two other women.

So, see, it's not like he lacks ambition -- he's just ambitious in, er, other directions."

i think that there could be more truth in that than we think, she could be majorly resentful as she keeps whittering on about wanting kids.... You'd've thought that she's've shut up & got IVF etc by now.... (hell if Tom Cruise can manage it...)
