Superstar Madonna has come under fire for failing to properly restrain her 17-month-old child in her vehicle.
Much like the controversy surrounding pop star Britnet Spears last year (06), Madonna's adopted son David is at the centre of media attention after he was recently photographed not strapped into a car seat.
The 48-year-old and husband Guy Ritchie loaded their three children into their Escalade sports utility vehicle (SUV) after 2 March (07) services at the Kabbalah Centre in Los Angeles, but baby David was not properly restrained.
A witness tells American publication Us Weekly, "There was no car seat.
(Madonna) sat in the middle row, and they left with David on her lap."
The following day (03MAR07), Madonna allegedly defied the law by once again by sitting in the middle of the vehicle with six-year-old son ROCCO not properly secured.
A representative for the singer slams the claims, saying, "Proper security measures are always taken for Madonna's children."

What is wrong with these people? How hard is it to buy a $70 car seat, install it properly and then USE IT? For the love of....why is the saftey of your child/children not a priority?
...because they are invincible and nothing can happen to them. Forcefield of protection.
If that fails, pay someone to make it better. you can always buy a new child.
Proof positive that having loads of money doesn't buy intelligence.

Ms.Perfect Parent of the Year won't let her kids watch tv, but she'll let them ride unrestrained in the car in LA traffic. Smart. It's like celebrities don't understand that their bundle of joy will fly through the windshield in the event of an accident.
She is such a stupid cow. I hope this blows up as big as Britney's carseat-gate did. I wonder if Madonna will use the excuse "We're just country, y'all!"
