Larry Birkhead not negotiating with Howard K. Stern over Dannielynn's finances

Opri tells TMZ she did not want to respond to Stern's overtures until after the funeral. Birkhead's hardline stance now puts the ball in Stern's court -- will he submit Dannielynn for DNA testing or will the fight escalate?

i think they ought to make a puppet out of hks for a while.. i mean with all the shit they have caused birkhead (provided the baby is his .. which i think it is) ... maybe he can see what the world sees of him ...

So even if its Larrys baby Howard still wants to be part of the deal by involving himself? He must know whose baby it is and that its not his. Poor little baby. NO brother, no mother, no grandma to take care of her..............All the money in the world cant buy back her mother or brother. And she probably will never have any anyway.

If Birkhead is proven to be the baby's father then why the hell would he have to give Stern any fucking money? He'd get custody.

I think that this baby will be ok. Of course, I don't know Larry Birkhead personally  , but he seems like a decent guy. He has family in Kentucky, I think he said, and I am sure that she will have plenty of love showered on her.
