American Idol's contestant Antonella Barba to pose for Playboy?

Antonella Barba nude in Playboy magazine? Could be. Laura Saltman of Access Hollywood was at the Playboy Mansion for the party celebrating the season three premiere of the E! channel's 'The Girls Next Door', and asked for the Playboy boss's take on the Antonella Barba racy photographs online controversy. After showing Hugh Hefner the photos, he remarked, "She really looks sexy here." Asked if he would consider making Antonella an offer to pose for Playboy should she be voted off 'Idol' early, Hef answered, "Very real possibility. Yes, absolutely."

But all of that is going to have to wait at least another week as Antonella was not voted off of American idol despite predictions of her demise. The New Jersey babe is safe and survived the week two cuts.

"In high school Antonella was one of the nicest girls I knew. She never had bad things to say about anybody and she was always there for her friends," says a classmate. "She was a sweet genuine Jersey girl who knows exactly what she needs out of life, and that is to become the next American Idol, not to be the next Playmate of the Year."

That said, she is the least talented singer left on the female side. We'll see what happens once she gets cut.

oh geez she sucks. I was surprised she made it. I think those pictures may have saved her for only this time. I think she will be cut next week. And quite frankly, I don't think she is all that hot. I have seen way better. But then again, anybody that poses half nude or looks like they are having sex, is hot to any guy with a woody.

By the way, am I the only one who thought she actually sang kinda good at the audition? What happened??

She might have sounded ok in her 1st audition, but there is no way she was good enough to be put through to the final 12 girls! I think the Idol producers require some eye candy each year.

Well I didn't think she was great at the audition, but seemed much more promising than now. I thought it was funny that she beat out her snooty best friend who thought she was THE shit.

This girl isn't even remotely attractive and certainly not talented. Her 15 minutes of fame will be up after the weekend.
