Paris Hilton driving with suspended license, car impounded

Paris Hilton and virgins don't seem to mix well. The star went to the Virgin Megastore in West Hollywood to pick up some dvd's last night at around 10:30, when was stopped by the cops and her car was towed away.

Paris' publicist, Elliot Mintz, tells TMZ the heiress was exiting the parking structure which "is brightly lit so she had not noticed that her headlights were not activated." As she drove a few blocks, she was confronted by other bright lights -- those of the L.A. County Sheriff's Department.

Paris was pulled over and deputies discovered she was driving with a suspended license. According to Mintz, "If that was the case, she was not aware of it."

Paris was cited and her car was impounded. Just another day in the life.

It infuriates me that her drunk-driving mugshot has not been released.

Every other celebrity that's been arrested has had to endure the indignity and embarrassment of seeing their mugshot plastered everywhere - - but not her.

Aparently this as the result of her DUI

"Last month, Paris Hilton, pleaded no contest to alcohol-related reckless driving stemming from her Sept. 7 arrest in Hollywood and was sentenced to 36 months probation, alcohol education and $1,500 in fines. That case was reduced from an original charge of driving under the influence."

I feel SO sorry for thearesting officer, can you imagine how much grief he'll be getting from his boss?

I think the LAPD have decided to be a little "more hands on" of late with young Hollywood. There are suddenly more DUI's than ever before and supposedly there has been a crack down on underage drinking in the clubs. I'll be the police are thrilled they are finally allowed to do their job!

Well they should be more hands-on! They've probably been getting a LOT of pressure lately. I mean W-T-F? Nicole Ritchie driving DUI the wrong way on the fucking freeway and she gets a hand-slap?

The freeway through Burbank where she was caught is some scary shit, let me tell you. People are EVIL when they're driving through there. I seriously wonder how she made it out of that alive.
