Marriage Bug Bites Hefner

IT'S not true that nobody in Los Angeles can talk about anything except movies. The buzz of the weekend Oscar parties was that Hugh Hefner, 80, will get married again before the end of the year to his No. 1 girlfriend, Holly Madison.

"This is very secret, but the word is 'yes,' " one insider told Page Six. "Hef has decided he will marry Holly, and he wants it for his show, 'The Girls Next Door.' Hef thinks business all the time, and looks for a new hook, although he also does really love Holly."

Madison is just one of three of the Playboy founder's buxom blond girlfriends featured on the show. "But Hef sees that she is the most dedicated," said our source. "Kendra is never there, and they both hate each other, and Bridget is hanging on by being very friendly to Holly."

Hefner, who has been married twice before, is keeping the wedding plans secret for now because monogamy will kill his reality show.

My dad is 5 years older than Hugh Hefner and a LOT better looking. And ew he's still very into sex, got married a few years ago and they were going strong. I know people don't like to hear that but seniors are into it, I'm telling you, esp. men. Just ask anyone at those retirement villages in Florida.

I'm sure Hef isn't going to change too much in his will - he may be alot of things but stupid isn't one of them. Loyal is - Hef has always taken care of his family - his daughter runs Playboy in Chicago (I think) and his brother works for him and once his teenage sons are of age, I'm sure there'll be a place for them. And, frankly, if he wants to give millions to someone he cares about, let him - what has the daughter done to be entitled to all those millions? Grow from his sperm? That entitles her to what he chooses to give her - plus, his daughter gets along with all his girlfriends from what I've seen.

I agree that he's entitled to do with it as he will. However, from the article re: "going ons in the playboy mansion"; I feel that the description of Holly as a gold digger is acurate.
As for Hef being loyal or stupid - I have to admit that I don't know much about it, but I doubt that he's like so other older millionaires that appear to the "dupped" however in reality, if you're worth billions, whats a few millions?

He is still married to his second wife, Kimberly. They never divorced.

Novice, I have watched the show and I don't know if she's a gold digger or what - but I do know that she's determined to marry Hef. She seems oblivious to his age. Meh, if he makes her happy and she makes him happy (and it does seem that there's something in it for both of them) I'll leave 'em to it.

Yeah, Holly's prolly just fooling herself if she thinks anything is going to take him off the market. It probably would help the ratings on the show if they married (at least that episode) but he'll have to divorce Kimberley first and settle up with her - I'm sure he's going to owe her plenty but I don't think he minds taking care of his kids or their mothers. We shall see - personally, I'll believe it when I see it. Part of the reason he's never divorced is because he's never (in all the years they've been separated) had any desire to marry again.
