MALIBU, Calif. - Gourmet meals, masseuses, 500-thread-count sheets and private rooms with a fireplace and a view of one of the city's most exclusive beaches. It sounds like a high-end resort and it is — for the rich and famous looking to kick an addiction.

It may be luxurious but I don't see her staying there. There's no alcohol or drugs. That's gotta be hard.

I remember reading about Elizabeth Taylor's stay at Betty Ford. They had to make their beds and do chores. You don't want to debase the celeb patients, but the fact that they are catered to should come into play.

I don't understand this 'revolving door' rehab where you can check in and check out whenever you feel like it. In the real world, they won't take people like that, people who are playing games. If you go in a TRUE rehab or recovery home for substance abuse, they tell you right off the bat that if you voluntarily leave, they won't except you back for another 30 days or something like that until you're ready. They'll glady give your bed to someone else who is truly serious about getting sober. The philosophy is that you can't help anyone who doesn't want to help themselves.

These celebrity 'rehabs' are such a joke. They're spas...a vacation resort for the rich and famous.

Gourmet cooks my ass. You don't go to rehab to get pampered. You go there to get your ass clean.

This is what I thought about celeb rehabs, it's like a day spa.

The previous one she left from, I think it was Eric Clapton's or something? Or whoever rocker founded it and is known to be quite strict, I read...

She needs to get serious and buckle down 'if' she really has a substance abuse problem and needs to 'get clean'..500 thread count sheet just ain't a part of that. If she is 'addicted' then she just has to really hit bottom..and I don't think she has.

i wish they would go to serious hardcore practically boot camp type rehabs, I think it would make them snap out of it and learn to appreciate what they have

I would love to see Lohan and Nicole Richie in boot camp style rehabs...maybe they wouldn't be as bratty afterwards
