Britney Spears' nanny requirements

Insiders tell US Weekly that Britney Spears is completely clueless when it comes to her children. Sources say that when she is alone with her kids she "gets over-whelmed" and doesn't know how to handle it when they cry, often saying "How do I make it stop?". A woman also came forward to discuss the job requirements to be nanny to Britney's kids, a job in which she applied last year. US Weekly reports:

Personal Over Professional
"Britney didn't ask me one thing about my child-care experience. She only wanted to know about my personal life."

Friend Wanted
"The agency that called me emphasized that Britney was looking for a nanny who was young and hip because they wanted her to interact with people her own age. Basically, Britney wanted a friend."

Must Like Naked Bosses
"Britney asked me and one of her nannies to come to her room to watch her try on outfits for a party one night - then she stripped down naked in front of us!"

Must Act As Surrogate Mom
"One nanny told me that Britney will hold her kids for 10 minutes and then say, 'I'm done now. You can take them.'"

Don't Be Too Good
"She doesn't like when Sean prefers the nanny, so she fires them and looks for a new one."

At this point, Britney Spears should just go ahead and tap out of life, because it's obvious that's she's a complete and utter failure. Wow, you're worth millions, but so is that guy who won the lottery. You both got lucky, but chances are he knows his kid's names. Somebody could replace Sean Preston and Jayden with a pinata and a chicken and Britney wouldn't know the difference

A pinata and a chicken.... ehehehehehehe and yet, so sad. I can't imagine being so "lucky" or "talented" that I wanted to spend so little time with my own flesh and blood. Yeah, that's why we all have kids I guess .. gives the nanny something to do and keeps 'em out of the soup lines.

In all seriousness. I'm so qualified for this job and I would love to take it. I mean I wouldn't mind being Britney's friend but I would LOVE to see what the hell she's doing. Not to mention I have all kinds of love for those little boys and they so need it.

If she doesn't want her children to prefer the nanny over her, maybe that should be a clue that she needs to spend more time with them and be their mother.

Whoa, harsh!

The stripping down naked thing doesn't surprise me; she's probably been naked in front of a lot of people, not just people she slept with, but designers, and people at photoshoots and dress fittings, etc.

Big fucking deal. That still doesn't mean it's appropriate to do it in front of strangers/nannies. In parts of Africa it's considered normal to blow your nose with your snot landing on the ground without any kleenex or handkerchief. Just because they do it there doesn't mean it should be done here. It's just another example of her total disregard for social mores and her own self focus.

I see your point. Britney clearly dooesn't have any morals though, and doesn't know how to conduct herself at all by the sound of it. A little girl in an adult body.

It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out how to be a good parent. Spend time with your children, don't do drugs, don't stay out all hours of the night, don't pawn them off on other people, don't hit them or abuse them, and oh yeah I forgot LOVE them. Okay off soapbox now

Almost sounds like Post Natal Depression to me. She had two babies in such quick succession & she just can't cope - add into that a divorce. People assume when you have a child that you will just automatically know what to do or you will automatically feel this immense love. For some women it doesn't work that way & they feel so overwhelmed.

I really feel sorry for her & I hope for her boys sakes, that she gets the help she needs.
