"Screen actress CAMERON DIAZ is sickened by the number of women who resort to plastic surgery - because it takes away their natural character.
The CHARLIE'S ANGELS star believes that real beauty comes from the inside, and cannot be manufactured on the outside with facelifts and nosejobs.
She says, "Why would they want to destroy their own character? To me that's sick. I mean, I've broken my nose four times, but I wouldn't dream of getting it fixed because it's part of who I am.
"Women, in particular, are guilty of this. The sooner we accept that we're going to age and die, the richer a life we'll all have. Pinning back our faces won't alter our ultimate fate. And, I'd like to be able to blink without the risk of everything coming undone.
"Beauty comes from the inside, but that's not the message we're selling to young girls in society today. It's really dangerous.
"When I see people who've had plastic surgery, it's so unnerving. All I can see is the surgery; the person's vanished beneath it.
"I have no desire to look like that ever. The embalmed look really doesn't work for me"."

I give her another five years before she goes under the knife. When Hollywood quits calling, I bet we see her with that permanent happy look.

This girl must have her head screwed on backwards!
First she claims she is tired of people saying she only gets parts in films because she is so attractive (BS) Then she says she will never have ps when she is probably one of the celebs who could do with it the most! If I was her I'd have that wide mouth stitched shut a little, My face lengthened, my hips wider, my boobs bigger and my skin clearer.

My first thought when they start talking about how disgustingly horrid it is to have had any type of PS is that they've probably already had some procedures done, even if non-invasive. If not give her time. To be fair, not everyone who has had PS looks bad/embalmed/fake. That's mainly the 40-50somethings trying to look eternally 25 or anyone who's had so many procedures they couldn't count anymore (i.e. Tori Spelling).

Actually, I see an opportunity.
In another thread, Diaz says she hated being beautiful
because it meant she only got parts because of her looks.
Why doesn't she get PS to make her fugly? Give her a unibrow,
give her a Daniela Westbrook nose (sans septum) and maybe put
hairplugs on her chin. Then she'll HAVE to get work based on her
talent.

Just for once, I would love to hear her make an attempt at being pleasant in an interview. She always comes off as sounding angry and bitchy. My BF's last issue of GQ had an article about her, co-authored by her no less, and all she did was complain and try to sound intelligent.

The embalmed look would be an improvement on the weeping-open-lesions-of-the-face, I-brush-my-hair-with-a-pork-chop look she has now.
