Victoria and David Beckham to live in Neverland?
Michael Jackson is reportedly desperate for Victoria and David Beckham to buy his Neverland ranch.
The singer, who left the property 18 months ago following a harrowing trial over child abuse charges, wants the Beckhams to buy the 2,800-acre property for £10 million.
Michael has asked estate agents to show the property details to Victoria, who has been house hunting ahead of David's summer move to the Los Angeles Galaxy soccer team.
However, Victoria is said to have no interest in Neverland, because it is in Los Olivos, California, 150 miles away from David's new training ground.
Victoria, 32, is expected to look at around 35 properties in total, all valued between £5 million and £10 million.
She reportedly has her eye on a £7.5 million mansion previously owned by Lionel Richie and is determined to find the perfect home for her family.
Victoria said: "I want to make sure I pick the right one for David and the kids. I've seen some beautiful places, but we want somewhere that looks like a nice home."
The former Spice Girl is planning to spend £50,000 on themed bedrooms for the couple's three sons Brooklyn, seven, Romeo, four, and 23-month-old Cruz.
Victoria has asked children's boutique Petit Tresor to design murals, beds and furniture with a soccer theme. Petit Tresor's co-owner, Samantha Winch, said: "The idea is to make you feel like you're in a soccer stadium like Dad."

The youngest one isn't even two years old? How come there are no pictures anywhere of her with a baby? As a matter of fact, how come there are no pictures with any of her children?
I don't get a mother vibe from her. Does she ever buy kiddie things on her many shopping trips or is it all stuff for herself?

Did you ever read about that experiment in the '60s where the guy gave baby monkeys different artificial mothers? The baby monkeys had a preference for mothers who were soft and fuzzy even though the hard wire mother had food. I see Posh as that hard wire mother. If we were ever to see her with her kids, I bet it would look forced and unnatural. She'd be worrying about her hair of clothes.
I think this rumour about them buying Jackson's house has already been thoroughly denied by representatives from both sides.

Yes, I have heard of that experiment. My bio anthropology textbook has a picture of one of the baby monkeys clinging to the fuzzy cloth 'mother' ... just about breaks my heart every time I look at it.

An obscene amount! It's in the neighbourhood of $20 million.

For some weird reason, I get a very motherly vibe from Posh. I've seen clips of her interacting with her kids and there was some clip where she was interviewed by some kids also. She has a very motherly thing to her, of course that's aside from her whole diva high maintenance front. At least we know she tries to protect her kids, and yes there have been pictures taken of her an Cruz. Look around, you'll find something.
Also, can someone please tell me when it became the norm that you have to be seen with your children as a celeb for you to be thought of as a "good mother." That is some seriously flawed reasoning.

Because it is in Los Olivos? Is she nuts?
I'd be disgusted by imagining what may have gone on there. Who the hell could sleep in one of those bedrooms?

Photos of her shopping appear on a daily basis and it makes her look like she spends most of her time in stores. If it weren't for all these photos, I would probably assume that she was at home with her kids. Frankly, if she does spend the majority of her time wandering around the shops, then I feel sorry for her. There is more to life than yet another new outfit.

I shop everyday..not couture, LOL, but I'm at a grocery or other shop most days. And if I were a celebrity, I'd try to keep my kids out of the public eye. I don't want their picture out there for safety reasons, and if those TMZ videos where the paps are mobbing the celebs are even half as scary in person as they are on my computer, I wouldn't take my kids out in public either. And between schooling and naps, she has time to shop and be a good mom. Are all you working moms crap mothers because you aren't home 24/7? Yeah, yeah, there is a difference between a mom who has to work, and a mom who spends the day at the shops. But for all we know her kids spend plenty of time with her....don't be so quick to judge. BTW...I also saw that video of her with kids...I was completely charmed by her, her interaction with the kids didn't seem forced, she seemed to genuinely enjoy the kids and their goofiness.

with the first two, there was a lot of photos of her and the kid/s. But not so much with Cruz, not sure why. Maybe they just learnt from experience and didn't want the chaos again, or somesuch. First photos of Cruz since he was a bundle in Daddy David's arms coming out of the hospital came from last year's World Cup.
