JESSICA SIMPSON is taking secret cookery lessons so she can serve up a home-cooked meal to boyfriend JOHN MAYER on St Valentine's Day (14FEB07). The famously ditzy singer/actress is planning to show off her culinary skills during a planned 10 February (07) get-together with Mayer, who will be touring on St Valentine's Day itself. A source tells Life + Style magazine, "She's been taking cooking classes and poring over cookbooks, trying to come up with the perfect meal. I think John will be impressed." The couple has yet to come clean about their romance, but after denying initial rumours of a love match last year (06), Simpson and Mayer were spotted together at parties and intimate gatherings over Christmas (06) and New Year.

Home cooking made easy:
1. Go to favorite restaurant. 2. Buy take-out. 3. Put food on fancy china. 4. Throw take-out boxes in trash before date arrives. 5. Dim the lights and serve meal wearing nothing but high heels and an apron.

Actually, cooking is not rocket science, so cooking lessons are not necessary. All you have to do is get some recipes and follow the directions. Oh, but I forgot we're talking about Jessica Simpson. My bad.

she did the same old thing when she was married to nick. on one of the episode of newlyweds, she had that rocco guy, i think, his name is. a famous chef, come over and teach her to cook, because she was planning a romantic dinner for nick on valentines day.
she's lame, cooking isn't hard. nothing to it and it's fun. and i remember on people's magazine, her sister asheel, i guess because she lives with jessica. mentioned how ashlee is the lazy one and messy and enjoys her sisters cooking. hmmm....what cooking? i suppose!
