Im sure its for heroin and coke too; not just the booze.....like when MK olsen went to rehab for an eating disorder, yeah right; we all know it was the coke making you skinny bitch!
either that; or she just needs the attention this story will bring

It's been a tumultuous few weeks for the "Mean Girls" star. Just two weeks ago, Lindsay underwent an operation to remove her appendix.

Though Lohan didn’t attend the Golden Globe Awards, the actress was spotted at Prince’s after-party at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel where "she was totally out of it,” according to an onlooker.

Witnesses say that the starlet partied until 6 a.m. Tuesday morning.

Recently, Lohan's rep confirmed that the actress has been attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings.

I hope she gets herself straight, and a dose of humility and respect. In rehab they make you break down EVERY drug or substance you've abused, who you've hurt with your use, and every instance it negatively affected your life and those around you. You are forced to confront and take responsibility for your issues. Is Lindsay capable of owning up to her own mistakes, instead of the "poor me" routine she has continually pulled? I have had issues with drugs and know they don't neccesarily make you a bad person, but they do ruin lives, your own and those around you. You need support (Dina Lohan as support is scary) and dedication. Can LL drop her diva attitude to get through this? You have to. Also, just because you sign in, doesn't mean you won't walk out a day later. ($40,000 down the drain? No biggie.) There's no caffeine and sometimes no cigarettes, limited time with friends/family, and TONS of counseling. It's hard. Can she do it? I wish her the best, as long as she realizes she was truly a monster. Maybe underneath she isn't...maybe.

^ great points byrdi. I have to say that I have no faith in her ability to straighten up though; she's a spoiled selfish brat and she needs an even bigger slap in the face (or organ removed) which ever one comes first.
