^^^ cuz it's not trendy. She would be sooo out of the loop to wear panties with a short skirt.
If I ever visit Hollywood again I'll be sure to carry a can of Lysol to spray the seats in the restaurants. The idea of these skanks rubbing their bare coochies all over the place, especially where people are trying to eat, is utterly DISGUSTING.
