Details of NYE with Britney Spears from "those that know"...

Just in case you can't be bothered to go to Crazy Days & Nights blog-spot yourself, he's posted an update from a source in the BS camp...

"Britney Update and so much more. I think for this afternoon's post I will just post one or two blind items because some hints are needed. So you can definitely look forward to that in a little bit.

So, I finally got a phone call returned from my "friend" and I asked the questions you wanted. I did not always get the answers, but I got the general idea. The guy she was with this past weekend is nothing serious. She does

not want anything serious. She just wants to date and have fun, but not be as wild. She really felt like she missed out for two years solid of her life by having back to back babies. She does not understand why she cannot date people with no hidden meanings or thinking they are going to be with her forever. She went from one serious relationship to another and had children and feels the only thing odd is that each and every step she takes is photographed. There is nothing sordid going on in allowing Kevin to have some time with his kids and have joint custody. His parenting skills have never been seriously questioned. There were not many specifics about the children offered which I can understand. NYE was a combination of too much going on, too many people to entertain, too little sleep, a long night, and the stress of the previous month. It was just too much all at once. She is excited about her new CD (had to get the plug in) and is always working on it even when not in the studio. I could tell this is something she is really proud of. Oh, and as a final note, she does not think she is the worst dressed person in the world, but is never going to be the best and does not really care."

Personally? I read that to mean, she likes all the dosh she gets from being a "Pop Star"; but not the attention. She's had bebies and now she wants to have fun.... Did she actually graduate high school? She doesn't seem to have much analytical function.

K-Fuck's parenting skills have never been seriously questioned. What parenting skills? He spends zero time with his children ... he doesn't have any parenting skills. Sheesh.

Yeah, I hate how she keeps portraying being pregnant and having babies is as like, such a downer y'all- made her miss out on her real life of partying and getting high.

Yup! With you on that. Its insulting in so many ways, including to her children.

The more I hear about this girl, even withstanding reports on her "business smarts"; the more I believe that emancipation shouldn't be allowed for her!
Where's her Mum, she seemed to beat some sense into her!

She is dumb, she is a bad mother, she is drugs/alcohol addicted and she isn't even that good as a musician... but I seem to have a soft spot for her: I can never judge her too harshly. A part of my mind still think that she might be spending with her children all the time she is not out and photogaphed, and that her new CD will help her getting back to a normal life.... bit it might be that I just pity her and her children.

I've never heard any mother say "I had babies and missed out on life". That is just sad. Having children does indeed change your life, but they are such a blessing. When you have children it is no longer all about you, and it seems like Britney has a big problem with that based on her comments. Strange, because prior to Jayden's birth, she seemed really into being a mommy to SP.

I'm going to go out on a limb here, and suggest that perhaps her wild behavior as of late might be her way of dealing with some sort of depression...post-partum depression perhaps?

Well, it's one thing to feel like you miss out on life because you are constantly touring or locked up in a recording studio...that I can understand. Her life was pretty hectic at the height of her popularity.

If she'd just release some statement telling the public that she's just dating and having fun, I don't think she'd come under such harsh judgment from media and the general public!

Brit is just done...I totally believe that she OD'd or something. She is toe UP...and showing her true colors with being a selfish, lost little kid. A kid with two babies...that's the scariest part of this whole mess.

I have this feeling that either her, Lindz, Paris, Nicole or Kate Bosworth is gonna end up ODing this year. Call me crazy, but...just, eventually something's gotta give, ya know?
