Lindsay Lohan running around L.A. street 1 day after operation!

Less than a day after surgeons removed her appendix, Lindsay Lohan was already yelling and running around on her way out of the hospital. She's one heckuva healer.

TMZ has obtained exclusive video of Lohan exiting Century Park Hospital in Los Angeles, clutching a get-well bouquet. Shocked by the waiting paparazzi, Lohan screamed for a man name "Michael," and darted back inside the building. Moments later, a mystery man pulled up in Lohan's black Mercedes, and whisked away the surgically repaired star.

Careful Lindsay... you don't want to pop a stitch!

Her having appendicitis is BULLSHIT!!! You CANNOT be running in the streets and screaming the next day! My friend who had his appendix removed stayed in the hospital thereafter for over a week, hooked up to an I.V. and when we took a slow walk in the hospital hallway, he walked slower than an 90 year old man (and that was so surprising considering he is a very fit guy). So yes, either Lindsay had an abortion (which I don't think so), OD'd for New Year celebration or had something done to her boobs. Her hospital stays have always been quick anyway for whatever reason she went in for.

I had my appendix out about 15 years ago and although there was no way I was up and walking like I normally would the next day; I was released the very next day from the hospital.

You are so right about walking like an old man. My relative had one and all he wanted to do was make it to a family party when he got out of the hospital. He went and had to sit all night and have food and drink brought to him because he couldn't walk or bend.

Sometimes I think these PR agents are bigger liars than their clients.

Of course she's running around. She probably had an abortion, not an appendectomy. Although most women I've known who had an abortion have spent 3-4 days in bed crying unless they're drugged up and drunk like she is all the time. And it certainly can't be one of those "celebrity blood transfusions" because the stay was too short.

Definetly something cosmetic. Typically people aren't kept overnight for something cosmetic.

Wellll, her stomach was WAY flat last year when she was hanging out at the beach so much. She doesn't look 5 months preggers like someone else said, to me it's more like a 16-week bump based on how slim she is.

Secondly, how totally sad. Where are her friends? If I were coming home after a surgery, I'd have friends-family around taking me home. And way more than one bouquet, lol!
Thirdly, paps are the lowest form of life out there, gawd, leave ppl alone.

Yes. And that elation and hyperactivity is a desperate attempt to cover up the emotional pain. I don't care how much someone wants their abortion, I used to do some volunteer abortion counseling and it affects most women in some way that isn't fun at all.

Have you got any other ideas about who "coked-up pregnant starlet trying to decide whether to go through with the pregnancy" is, other than Lindsay Lohan?!

Ok, seriously.. why would she try to pass the hospital stay as an appendectomy and then run around like that the very next day, leading everyone to speculate about what she actually was in the hospital for?

If she DID have her appendix out it's possible she would have been up and about within 24 hours. It's 'keyhole' surgery these days so recovery is quicker. She could have been high on painkillers. When my daughter had her tonsils out she was hyper for a couple of days post-op because she had a morphine suppository up her arse and the doc said it would either knock her out cold or she'd be flying. She flew.
