Kate Hudson is sueing Heat Magasine for printing pictures of her that make her seem as if she's 'wasting away'. She feels this may jeopardise her career because agencies won't want to hire her when theres all this scandal about her having an eating disorder.

I dunno what she's worrying about, look at Kate Moss, she got snapped snorting coke, now Cavalli is choosing her over Posh becuase they think the scandal will attract public interest. I'm sure a little eating disorder scandal won't do you any harm!!

Heat should countersue since she's using this suit as a way to get even mroe publicity for her emaciated frame and possibly some extra dollars to put up her nose, greedy bitch.

People have been talking about her less since she started looking more like shit.

Kate Hudson has asked her lawyers to throw their legal weight against several publications for running pictures and text that The Skeleton Key star says falsely suggests she suffers from an eating order, reports Reuters.

According to legal papers filed in London's High Court on Monday, Hudson, 26, claims the photos "suggested that she had an eating disorder that was so grave and serious that she was wasting away, to the extreme concern of her mother and family." Hudson is the daughter of actress Goldie Hawn and wife of musician Chris Robinson, with whom she has a son, Ryder, born in January 2004.

The images – which appeared last month in the U.K. publications Heat and the Daily Mail and in the U.S. tabloid the National Enquirer, under the headline "Goldie tells Kate: Eat Something! And She Listens!" – could also damage Hudson's career, contends her law firm, Schillings.

"Ms Hudson will argue in the courts that the images in question gave a seriously false and misleading impression as to her true physical condition, in that she was portrayed as being dangerously thin with an eating disorder," Schillings said in a statement.

Unless a settlement is reached beforehand, the case is expected to go to trial next year.

Has'nt Kate Hudson's carrer been on the rocks lately? I mean she has'nt really outshined her mom, most of her movies are crappy romance "comedies" that did'nt do very well, and there has'nt been any news about her in the last 5 months. She using this suit to bring some publcity on her dead carrer.
