Meanwhile, American magazine Us Weekly insists the final straw came when Wilson refused to join Hudson for her New Year's Eve (31Dec06) family celebrations in Aspen, Colorado.
New Year's Eve was bitter sweet for the Almost Famous star - she wed Robinson on the last day of 2000.

Well, the story I read said she is already dating Damien Rice. If that's true, he's a HUGE improvement over Owen, at least Damien is talented.

Oh thats sad, she seemed really into him. I dont think its fair to say she left her husband for Owen; it was never really said why there was a split. There used to be rumours that Kate got sick of having to have threesomes with her husband and his groupies. There were other rumours that he was back on the hard drugs and I wouldn't expect anyone to stay married to a man who is a drug addict; thats not much of a life.
Then again I really wouldn't be surprised if there was a Kate/Chris reunion.
