Britney Upset As Basketball Fans Boo Her
Dec 19, 2006 - World Entertainment News Network
Britney Spears received a frosty reception when she showed up at a Los Angeles Lakers basketball game at the weekend.
The pop star was booed by fans as she took her seat courtside at the Staples Center for the Lakers Sunday night clash with the Washington Wizards.
Spears was joined by her agent and her sister Jamie Lynn and left the game before halftime after fans poked fun as her face appeared on the venue's Jumbotron.

LOL
The (basketball) fans probably thought she would try to get up and play, like when she jumped on stage and started stripping at that club....

At the X17 site, there are several posters who are claiming to have been at the game and say the crowd was not booing at Britney, they were booing due to a play made against the Lakers during the game, and by coincidence, they showed Brits face on the screen at that moment.

But, you have to admit, that she is too self-absorbed, and narcissitic to even realize that there was a game being played. She just saw herself on the Jumbotron, and thought "DAYUM, I LOOK GOOD", and was CONVINCED that the rest of the Staples Center crowd was looking at her up there. I wonder if she shit herself when the crowd started boo'ing.

^Yeah thats probably exactly what happened. And when the boo'ing began, she thought it was at her and had to leave.
