Federline maybe stupid, but his lawyers are damn wise. They know how to use the momentum of Britney’s wild party days and make it look like she’s the worse mom ever.
This cover of Star mag shows K-Fed’s plans to reveal EVERYTHING about Brit Brit in a book, including her drinking while pregnant, her bi-sexual desires and his suspicion that she was using drugs during her pregnancy with Jayden James. Dah! why don’t tell something that’s not so obvious.

The baby is 3 months old, what the fuck is he suggesting would be in the child's system? Surely, this idiot isn't saying the kid is hitting the pipe.

If Twitney did take something during her pregnancy, it wouldn't still be in his system now. It's very unlikely they could find traces in a baby's hair 3 months later, either.

Um, would they even be able to drug test a baby? I know it's physically possible and all, but if the baby is what, 3 months old now, wouldn't his system be clean? So, I'm going with Not True. Now on the other hand, if they were going to drug test HER, I would totally buy it..lol.

All babies get a toxicology test when born (at least where I live). They can subopena the results if it got that nasty. I do not know how they do in California but in Brooklyn, New York positive toxicology report = no baby to take home.

He's truly an asshole. Does he forget he has kids and that it is their mother he is trashing. If she truly had a air-tight pre-nup he couldn't do any of this. I just don't get it.

So now after they seperate he cares that britney(allegedly) drank while pregnant and did drugs...what a joke. I call BS on this article.

I don't buy the argument that it could be in his system because of her breastfeeding him. The girl is not breastfeeding. Trust me. I just finished breastfeeding my daughter and I couldn't go anywhere without breast pads in my bra for the first 7 months because milk-filled breasts will leak. And those silicone Lily Padz are crap as far as allowing you to have freedom to go braless without leaking on your clothes. Have you seen the clothes she's been wearing? She's not wearing a bra let along breast pads.

So, I'm going with not true on testing the baby, but I could see FedEx demanding a drug test on Britney as part of an unfit mother argument.

There is no Sutton Pierce. The second baby's name is Jayden James. Sutton Pierce was a name created by who knows who, and the media thought that was his name and referred to him by that but it was never his name.

I agree that I don't think she is breastfeeding. She is going bra-less too often to be breastfeeding (she would be leaking everywhere if so

)

I am just trying to figure out who exactly is raising her children right now because it sure doesn't look like she is and we know that he isn't.
