Paris Defends Britney's Parenting
By WENN| Tuesday, December 12, 2006
HOLLYWOOD - Paris Hilton has hit out at critics of Britney Spears, insisting she can party and still be a good mother.
The pair have rapidly become bosom buddies, and are regularly spotted out on the town together in Los Angeles and Las Vegas--prompting some to question the time Spears dedicates to her 1-year-old son Sean Preston and three-month-old Jayden James.
But Hilton writes on her MySpace page, "Lately, you've been seeing pics of me and Britney partying (blah blah) and she knows that some of her fans are very upset about what they call her 'behavior' and sadly they're blaming the issue on her being friends with me.
"For people to call out her parenting skills on behalf of her partying ethics is appalling. Britney loves her kids to death, and I know for a fact that it truly hurts her when she sees these cruel things being written about her. She goes home every night to her babies and partying has not come in the way of her parenting.
"Anyone who has called her out on this should really be ashamed. There are thousands of mothers out there who like to go out and have a good time. But, you do not see people out there calling them 'bad parents.' She's young, and if she wants to go out and have some fun, let her. Just because she does these things does not mean she doesn't care about her children. For the sake of Britney and her kids, be kind. Love, Paris."

Yes, but she's going home in the wee hours of the morning, when "her babies" are asleep. And you can't tell me that she's getting up with them as soon as they wake up in the morning after stumbling home an hour beforehand.
With banned's other comments previously about going home because "we miss the babies", what the hell good does that do? Are they going to wake them up to play with them at 4am?

Shut the f*ck up, Paris. What the hell does Parisite Hilton know about good parenting???? Anyway, in my opinion, YES Shitney's partying DOES constitute bad parenting. Going out "partying" SEVERAL TIMES PER WEEK while you have a NEWBORN at home, is bad parenting, in my book. Sure, it's fine for a new mother to have "a girl's night out" every now & then...even once a week might be fine. But Shitney is out NIGHT AFTER NIGHT AFTER NIGHT.... Not just that, but she's stumbling down drunk (even driving after drinking); people have witnessed a "pharmacy of drugs" in her purse; she's chain-smoking; acting slutty & uncouth; f*cking someone in the bathroom of a nightclub.....all during time that she could/should be BONDING with her NEWBORN BABY. Babies need their mothers.--End of story, IMO.

So the bairns were in the hotel when BS & PH check in?
Since when did she become an expert on behaviour of any kind other than bad? Surely the LA Child Services wanting to speak to BS is an indicator not a child-less party *cough* "girl".
Also, if she were a good mum, she'd be trying to breastfeed (ideal bonding time & no offence meant to those Mums that can't) and all that drink & drugs will be going in to her breast milk! (or is this where I'm refered back to a blind item saying that due to breast implants she can't breast feed).
Ah! So when she gets in at 4 am she feeds the little one & then naps at the same time as he does? When does she have time for Sean Preston then?
You see this is what happens when trailer trash gets money! You can buy lots of things but class is not one of them!

All words in that missive were spelled correctly, so I'm doubting Parisite even wrote it.

Don't be so harsh, people. If banned says that Britney is a good mom, it must be true.

Sorry to say it, but when you become a mother to your children, the party life is over. Kids come first....

Yes, her kids are going to have a great future when their mom is doing drugs and fucking random guys (and paris) in bathrooms and hotel rooms. Shut up Paris, anyone who hangs out with you is destined for ruin.

I won't say that Britney doesn't love her children, because I have no way of knowing. It's possible to be a fucked-up person and still love your kids. However, it's not enough to just pay lip service to that love. You have to actually put some panties on, put the blow down, stay the hell home, and be a parent. I don't care how loudly Britney or Paris or who the hell ever wants to yammer on about how much Britney loves her kids, that doesn't mean a thing when they're at home wanting Mommy and Mommy is out getting porked in a bathroom stall at Hyde. Talk is cheap.
