Nicole Richie arrested for DUI - driving the wrong way!

TMZ has learned that Nicole Richie was arrested for DUI early Monday morning. She was booked at 4:50 AM today and was released 45 minutes ago. The booking sheet reveals Richie is 5'1" and 85 lbs.
A rep for Richie could not immediately be reached for comment.
We're told her SUV was spotted by two motorists going the wrong way on the 134 Freeway in Burbank. The drivers called 911.
When the CHP responded, Richie was stopped in the carpool lane and was alone in the vehicle. When cops approached the vehicle, Richie was on her cellphone.
Law enforcement officers tell TMZ Nicole Richie admitted she had taken Vicodin and smoked pot.
A preliminary alcohol screening device revealed that Nicole was not under the influence of alcohol.

85 lbs?????/ Vicodin??? Pot????? 85 lbs, that is just plain gross. She truly is a skelton.
She does not have an eating problem. This is truly one of the sickest things i have ever heard. Everyone in young hollywood is on drugs. Funny how fame and money lead to drugs.

That's true, there's no telling what else she was on that she didn't admit to. It was probably something much worse to make her drive on the wrong side of the freaking highway! On the other hand, why would she admit to any of this at all? Maybe she was so zonked and out of it that she told the truth because she was too high to lie. Who knows with these kids today (!me=officially old geezer)
But yeah, 85 pounds is sick.

DECEMBER 11--Here's the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department booking sheet memorializing this morning's arrest of Nicole Richie for driving under the influence. The "Simple Life" star, 25, was nabbed at 1:45 AM by California Highway Patrol officers on a Burbank freeway after she was spotted driving erratically. After posting $15,000 bail, Richie (who's listed as 5'1" and 85 pounds) was released from custody and is scheduled for a Tuesday Municipal Court appearance on the misdemeanor charge. She was previously arrested in February 2003 for heroin possession. Back then, the sheriff listed Richie as one inch taller and five pounds heavier. Oh, and in the intervening years her race has apparently changed from white to black.
