Spears Spotted Carrying Wine In Glass, Then Driving

Britney Spears has once again raised eyebrows after she was seen carrying a glass of wine to her car after a dinner and driving off to meet pals at a nightclub.
The Toxic singer was spotted walking to her vehicle with a glass of wine on November 28th, after dining at Dan Tana's restaurant in West Hollywood.
She handed the wine to an assistant before climbing behind the wheel and driving to meet up with friends at Hollywood hot spot Hyde.
Spears' partying since breaking up with husband Kevin Federline could jeopardise her petition for sole custody of sons Sean, 15 months, and Jayden, three months.
A source close to Federline tells American publication Us Weekly government authorities could get involved: "They're not watching Britney, but all it takes is one phone call and they will be."
"It doesn't help that she's leaving clubs with wine glasses."

She really thinks she is above the law. I hope they make a
scapegoat out of her and the rest of the nitwits she hangs
out with.
It's really becoming ridiculous how much stuff all these poptarts

It really angers me that these people are seemingly 'above the law'.
We forever see pictures of a wasted looking Lohan, Hilton or Spears getting behind the wheel and yet action is never taken against them.
I'm surprised that one of these celebrity idiots hasn't come off the road yet and killed someone.

Once again, not surprised. And it will probably go the same way as Banned did if she gets stopped. Unfortunately, what it will take is that a high profile celeb such as Britney, kill someone and get SUED before anything will be done about it.
