WILSON TO PROPOSE HUDSON?

Owen Wilson is planning to propose to Kate Hudson, it has been claimed.

The comic actor - who has grown increasingly close to his "You, Me and Dupree" co-star since she split from husband Chris Robinson - was allegedly seen shopping for engagement rings with his mother at the Harry Winston diamond store in Dallas on Friday (Nov 24, 2006).

A source told the New York Post newspaper: "They were looking at a huge, pear-shaped, flawless diamond engagement ring."

Owen, 38, and Kate, 27, met on the set of the romantic comedy earlier this year and the actress - who has a two-year-old son Ryder - announced her split from rocker husband Robinson shortly after.

Though both stars have vehemently denied they began a relationship either before the split or after, they have been seen dining together frequently and Owen has visited the "Almost Famous" actress at her home.

A representative for the actor has denied he was looking for an engagement ring, saying: "Owen's mother was looking for jewelry for herself."

This is wonderful news. They are a hot couple. I absolutely love Kate, I know people think shes so terrible because she cheated on her husband with Owen Wilson but that was never proven, I think Chris' drug problem ended it.
And at least shes with the one man, its not like she went out partying and screwing every guy she could, and she's always been attentive to her son. This is the girl i'd want my daughter to look up to.

I like Kate too and I wish her happiness but not sure if Owen is the one. But it is her choice thankfully not mine!

^^You forgot adoption. Getting married, adopting and divorcing seems to be the new monopoly game! Do not pass go, adopt 5 kids, sleep around, do some coke then buy a few third world villages. Game over!

When they were in Australia to promote Dupree, they were giving an interview on tv but the interviewer was hardly involved, he was just sitting there and they were looking at each other and laughing amongst themselves, and it was so cute. This was before Chris and Kate split up, so it was obvious there was big time chemistry there.
