The age difference between Hilary & Joel does seem like a HUGE age difference to me. --And it is! (WARNING: Boring personal stuff ahead.) And then i remember that it's exactly the same age difference as my husband & i have! And we too hooked up when i was just 17. (--Yikes!) Seemed totally fine & cool at the time....Now i look back in near-horror at the thought of a 17-year-old girl and a 25-year-old man hooking up!  Oh well, it all worked out happily. (Against MAJOR odds--now that i reflect back on it--though!)
