Nicole Richie sacks her stylist Rachel Zoe

THE SIMPLE LIFE star NICOLE RICHIE has axed her personal stylist and close confidante RACHEL ZOE after more than two years.
Zoe has been accused of promoting unhealthy body images and advises a roster of stick-thin clients including MISCHA BARTON and LINDSAY LOHAN.
A source close to Richie tells American publication Us Weekly she "wanted to surround herself with positive people and influences".
The 25-year-old has recently been seeking medical attention to find out why she is unable to gain weight.
The source adds, "Nicole didn't trust Rachel anymore. Zoe didn't take the news well." Zoe's representative slams the reports, insisting the split was amicable.
Richie has hired CRISTINA EHRLICH, who has dressed JESSICA BIEL and PENELOPE CRUZ, to select her outfit for the American Music Awards tonight (21NOV06).
Richie is scheduled to introduce a performance by her father LIONEL RICHIE.

Can't these celebs dress themselves once in a while? From what I've seen of most of their outfits, they couldn't do a worse job than most of the so-called stylists.

I love how every split in hollywood is amicable, despite a ton of other people saying otherwise.
So, any takers on the bet that Zoe was Nicole's 'medical inability to gain weight' ?

I think that's why she got the boot...Nicole finally really wants to get healthy, gain weight, get sober etc and Rachel is just a bad influence supplying her drugs and encouraging her to be thin.
