Tom's Top Gun Serenade

For Tom Cruise, words weren't enough to express his feelings for Katie Holmes. He had to do it in song -- and a familiar one at that.
When, L.A. deejay Mark Ronson played the Righteous Brothers tune "You've Lost That Lovin' Feeling" during the reception for the couple's wedding, Cruise serenaded his bride by singing along with the record.

"She was completely touched -- laughing, loving him and enjoying him," guest Leah Remini tells PEOPLE.
Cruise's impromptu serenade, of course, hearkens back to his performance of the same song in Top Gun. In the movie his character, Maverick, attempted to woo Kelly McGillis with the song. As for Katie, her heart already belongs to Tom.

I actually feel pity for Cruise-with all that hiding in the closet and having the Scientology drilling him-is a wonder he didn't do some even more crazed stuff...remember Jacko and his masks..or the (nearly)dropping of the baby..?
To my shame..I liked War Of The Worlds (but I think that other growing creep, Dakota, had the skills)

^^You know what? He doesn't realise it but most people would accept it if he came out of the closet. And quite frankly, I would become a fan of his if he did. He really would garner more fans. IMO.

I've said the same thing here before. If he came out, said he was sucked into the C0$ because they promised him they'd make him straight, if he confessed to stupid and elaborate plans to keep up the charade....we'd all eat it up with a spoon and he'd be back on top. I don't like the little trud but I'm sure that's what would happen.
