Madonna Doesn't Like Being A Mom

Madonna, who recently adopted a Malawi boy, David Banda, recently admitted she has no desire to be a mother or a wife. According to the Daily Mail,

“I have to be mom and and wife and there are times when I should have, you know, hung out with my kids, and I just said, “No, I need a massage. I’m gonna do that instead. You know? And I’m gonna be selfish.”
Asked if the children complained, Madonna said: “Yeh. Definitely. Especially my oldest daughter.”
Miss Vieira asked: “What does she say?” Madonna: “You know it was just, ‘Ah! I can’t wait till this is over with and we can have you back’.

Madonna should adopt more children. They will be fed by hired help, have clothing, have expensive cars, but bitch she ain’t helping you with your math homework. She needs a massage.

I used to semi-like her..felt she had some good music(still do..some of the old stuff) and that she was good for gay people..but now I think Gays were just her shock of the moment/publicity stunt and she just more or less used us as a marketing device. Still was ok with her until she really seemed to go nuts a few years ago..kabbalah, turning into a man(muscle bound and obvious use of steroids.human growth hormone), her fake posh 'upper class Englishwoman' shit..obvious control issues..sky high ticket prices..more fame/money whoredom, and now this adoption shit has pushed me over the edge.

Sojita, Your post explains exactly why i myself have come to loathe ole Madge, too. Like you, i used to like her. When i was a kid, i totally looked up to her & thought she was so awesome. I used to think she showed amazing "freedom of self-expression" & was a strong, in-control, boundary-pushing strong female...Especially around the "Express Yourself" era, circa 1990 or so, i was like 12 and i idolized her. But now, she is an annoying self-absorbed shadow of her former self. --IF (a big "if"!) that "former self" i refer to was ever even real, and not just nothing more than a carefully-manipulated public image she craftily created for her own personal gain. i.e., simply doing whatever she thought would further her "boundary-pushing" image.--like hooking up with the gay community, as you mention. Overall, like you touched on in your post, i've come to think that the things i idolized about her back in the day, were nothing more than SELF-PROMOTION on her part. I agree, i think she just "used" gay people to further herself & her *oh-so-scandalous* free-thinking, envelope-pushing ways. I used to admire her devotion to the gay community. (I'm the proud sister of a gay person.) But now, i think it was all just an act to further her "cutting-edge" image. I mean, she even STOLE the whole "Vogueing" dance movement from the gay community & pretty much passed it off as her own. My lesbian sister can't stand her, and in fact recently said exactly what you said above, about Madonna, when we were watching TV & a segment about Madonna came on.

And i agree, that fake English accent is BEYOND ANNOYING. When i hear her talking like that, i'd like to slap her & scream "You're from Michigan, not Primrose Hill, London!!!!".

Bottom line, IMO, Madge is FAKE, ATTENTION-SEEKING, and SELF-ABSORBED. Not good qualities, in my book.

Ive said before I'm not a fan of Madonna's but I actually read this article in a Australian paper this morning and I think she's been taken entirely out of context.

My impression of the article was that she found it hard while on tour to work and also give time to her kids - many working mothers struggle with this.
