Courtney Love and Lindsay Lohan sucking face with the same guy in 48 hours
Quote:
Has the Hollywood dating scene grown so dire that Courtney Love and Lindsay Lohan are vying for the same guy? In recent days, the rehabbed rocker, 42, and the id-driven starlet, 20, have been snapped spending quality time with stringy-haired, self-described singer-songwriter Jamie Burke, 20.
Lohan, you'll recall, was spotted locking lips with Burke back in May, about six months after he was linked to Kate Moss, a woman not exactly known for her discerning taste in beaus.
The duo reunited on Tuesday, when they were spotted lunching at paparazzi-surrounded L.A. eatery The Ivy, a rendezvous that took place just 48 hours after Jamie was seen breaking bread with Love.
"Lindsay arrived with one of her girlfriends, but then Jamie came along and joined the group," a spy tells the London Sun. "Lindsay had a big smile on her face when she left the restaurant."
Still, the tab can't seem to decide just which baggage-laden star Burke has his eye on. It says Love has admiringly told pals that her British beau is an "Adonis," and quotes her as saying, "He makes me feel great."
The Widow Cobain certainly looked like she was in a good mood on Sunday, when she puckered up with Jamie, who is just six years older than her daughter, Frances Bean, as they exited a Beverly Hills restaurant hand-in-hand.
"They've been seeing each other casually on and off for the last six months," a Love mole tells Us Weekly. "They play guitars at her house."
Just days ago, Love admitted to London's Sunday Times Magazine that she was unhappily flying solo: "I don't have a boyfriend. This is the longest time I've gone without one. I love to be in love."
According to Courtney, "I'm working on my man-karma right now ... I've either had the very good guys or the very bad."
One of the very good ones, she says, was Edward Norton, whom she split with in 1999 after about three years of togetherness.
"I should have married Edward," Love confides. "I left him for a bad man who stole all my money. I left Ed Norton, who was good and wonderful, for an average bad man who was in A&R. It's upsetting."
But is this a bit of revisionist history? Back in 2003, she told Vanity Fair she "dumped him for a movie role. If that isn't shallow I don't know what is."

I hope that sticks. If we can go around calling Paris Hilton "Banned," then
we should definitely christen Courtney Love as "The Widow Cobain."

Hmmm...everyone gets sloppy seconds but no one wants to know about it. I'm so glad I'm not a celeb.

Yeah, who would want the world to know that their guy in a weak, drunken moment, once did something nauseating with Banned.
