The resident added: "We fear that's what will greet us every day if Lindsay moves in. Sixty percent of people who live here are easily over 60.

"This is not going to end well. Mark my words, she'll be made miserable by the complaints and leave. Hopefully she won't move in at all."

Well, I'm under 60, too, but I would probably get sick of the drug dealers, carloads of hell-raisin' drunks, sleazy folks, paps, and general pond scum that no doubt accompany La Lindsay. These old folks are paying good money to live in an elegant high rise. But I would also invest in a good camera, take pics of Lindsay's salacious activities and sell them to the tabloids. I would call the cops, too, when Lindsay's parties got out of hand, and generally try to be a thorn in her side, so she would get fed up and move.
