More shocking divorce allegations from the Hasselhoffs!

TMZ has obtained court documents in which David Hasselhoff claims his estranged wife, Pamela Bach, was "intoxicated or on drugs" at their daughter's sweet 16 party.

In documents filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Hasselhoff says Bach "often wrongly accused me of having affairs in the presence of our children, and to say things like 'go f-ck . . . . '" In the legal papers, Hasselhoff continues, "This was especially true with respect to our daughter's former nanny, Becky." Hasselhoff says "Respondent unfairly harbors an irrational obsession and jealous rage toward our nanny, and persists in accusing her of wanting to replace (Bach) as my wife and (Bach) as the mother of our two children." "In documents ... Bach tested positive for cocaine."


And the accusations continue. Hasselhoff says in the documents that Bach "broke into my former residence this past Father's Day..."

In documents submitted to the court, a lab report concludes that Bach tested positive for cocaine.

And there's more. In a transcript of a telephone conversation, Pamela makes the following accusations to David: "You've abused me, you've ____ terrorized me, you have done too many women. You're psycho man. You're psycho." She continues, according to the transcript: "I'm not going to be O.J. Simpson like you say to my friends, I with (sic) I was O.J., I could kill Nicole. I'm not going to let you kill me."

TMZ spoke with Bach's lawyer, Susan Wiesner, who would not comment on the allegations. She did say that the documents in question should have been sealed and that Hasselhoff''s conduct by disclosing these records "is an intentional effort on his part to besmirch her character and her reputation. Mrs. Hasselhoff could respond to each and every allegation with a litany of allegations that have been filed with the court regarding Mr. Hasselhoff's alcohol problems and his phone calls, etc., but she doesn't want to engage in the media in order to protect the children."

Bach called TMZ to say "I haven't done coke." Bach adds that her hair samples were taken to a private lab selected by Hasselhoff. She adds that some of the hairs in question were actually extensions. She says she has since been tested and the results were negative.

Can't any of these people swallow thier differences, admit they can't stand each other, divorce, hand over the cash which ever way and just move on? The kids are getting the brunt of this shit and they all should be smacked upside the head for hurting thier kids this way just so they can be 'right'.

It's only going to get worse because her lawyer has said straight out that after the shenanigans pulled by the Hoff and his lawyers with regard to these documents going public, she is going to court tomorrow and will lift the confidentiality clause on the documents SHE has filed, so as to ensure that their children don't have a lopsided view of what has gone on.

HOLLYWOOD - David Hasselhoff's ex-wife has accused the Baywatch star of regularly assaulting her during their marriage, and of being so drunk he often defecated himself.

Pamela Bach and Hasselhoff fought a bitter divorce battle earlier this year. She is now trying to legally overturn a prenuptial agreement.

And in court papers seen by British newspaper The Sun, Bach claims Hasselhoff's drinking and drug problems were the reason behind the breakdown of their 16-year marriage.

In the legal documents, she says: "He often hit me, pushed me around and threw things at me in a drunken rage.

"The petitioner (Hasselhoff) has abused alcohol and drugs for over 16 years and as a result is often intoxicated and either violent and uncontrollable or completely incapacitated.

"He frequently loses control of his bladder and bowels, urinating and defecating himself." ( )

Bach also accuses Hasselhoff of being unfaithful and of abusing their children, Taylor Ann, 16, and Hayley, 14.

She says, "The petitioner was unfaithful and untruthful throughout our marriage...

"The petitioner has also physically abused the children. He has slapped the girls on their a**es while intoxicated and on several occasions laid naked with them in their bed.

"He has screamed at Hayley. He called Hayley a c**t, slut, b**ch and a whore."

And Bach alleges her ex-husband failed to reveal he had a sexually transmitted disease when they got married.

She says, "At the time of our marriage I was not informed that the petitioner had herpes.

"He failed to tell me about his condition for many years, potentially exposing me to the extremely dangerous virus."

Earlier this week, Hasselhoff filed his own court papers accusing Bach of being "intoxicated or on drugs" at Taylor Ann's 16th birthday party. He also claims she "often wrongly accused me of having affairs in the presence of our children."
