Book catalogues stars' sex romps

ARNOLD Schwarzenegger picking up a call-girl in a bar and taking her back to his hotel room.

Two porn stars, hired as eye-candy at the birthday party of an American socialite, taking 30 male guests into a poolside cabana for a sex romp in full view of the soiree and caught on camera by the press.
And sexual allegations involving the late television producer Aaron Spelling and his wife, Candy.


These are some of the celebrity sex stories revealed in Hooking Up: You'll Never Make Love in This Town Again Again.


The book, which is the follow-up to 1996's sleazy best seller, names Hollywood's paying regulars and catalogues what they liked, how dirty, how often, how quick and with how many.


Besides the usual suspects such as Kiss member Gene Simmons and actor Charlie Sheen, the book reveals stories about high-profile names and mentions stars such as Brad Pitt, Kevin Costner, Laurence Fishburne, Matt LeBlanc, Tommy Lee, Jack Nicholson, Dan Aykroyd and Britney Spears' husband Kevin Federline.

The authors are four women well-placed to report on the sex lives of the rich and famous -- Carly Milne, a former porn industry publicist, Jennifer Young, the daughter of the late movie star Gig Young and a friend of Hollywood madam Heidi Fleiss, and two anonymous call girls.

Julie Osborne, who edited the book, said with such explosive revelations, the publishers decided to release no advance copies to the media to prevent celebrities with a lot to lose -- including Schwarzenegger, who is currently campaigning for another term as governor of California -- from gaining injunctions to stop its release.

"The first book made a huge splash and a lot of people made a lot of threats about suing but never did," Osbourne said.

"Some people are going to write it off as rumour and conjecture, but it is 100 per cent true -- it's all been vetted (legally)."

The vetting process included lie detector tests for the authors, who reportedly passed.

Milne said she initially struggled with the idea of revealing the sexual antics of former business acquaintances, but the hypocritical nature of some of the celebrities -- including the politically conservative, family-oriented "Governator" -- was her deciding factor in going ahead with the saucy reportage.

"For (high-profile) people who are married and have kids and are running around with hookers, if you don't want it written about, keep it in your pants," she said.

"He (Arnold Schwarzenegger) has got political aspirations and he's married (to Kennedy family member Maria Shriver) with kids. You have got to think 'is it worth it?' because you never know who is going to find out."

Milne, who quit the porn industry to be a writer, said the stories touched on in the book were only the tip of a very big iceberg.

"There are only a couple of girls who are sharing their stories in this book and there are so many more who are keeping their mouths shut," she said.

The salacious nature of the book, which was launched at a Los Angeles club on Friday, has already prompted one powerful US gossip columnists, Cindy Adams, to speculate that its publication will lead to a lot of grovelling from the named-and-shamed celebrities to their partners.

"The book is great for jewellers," she wrote in her column in The New York Post on Friday.

"Many wives will be getting many expensive gifts."

I am so glad they are writing this book. But what was the name of the 1996 book? These hypocritical Hollywood stars like Arnold deserve it.

And what about these hypocritical male celebrites that sleep with prostitutes and pay them for sex? Isn't that pathetic?Isn't it pathetic that these men LIE and present a perfect family oriented image like Arnold yet sleep with prostitutes. I say good for the ladies that wrote this book. There was a hip hop girl Karine Steffans she wrote a book last year and it was a huge best seller.

^ Yes, it's pathetic of the men to do it, but they aren't making a buck off of sleeping with prostitutes -- in fact they're losing money. There is a difference between exploiting your sexual experience with "customers" to get a buck, and simply cheating on a wife or fucking someone cause you want to. These guys are being dirty men -- nothing more nothing less. These girls are being dirty girls and turning it around to make some more money off of their fame. I find that whole idea of "using people" a little bit pathetic.

Well, basically he ws being interviewed in the UK and asked the presenter if her breasts were real...he then grabbed her knee, circled her nipple with his finger and groped her...in front of the cameras. She nearly filed charges and it was very messy for a bit...

on the Big Breakfast, another UK show, he groped Denise Van outen's bum and called it a ''handful''

Not cynical - just realistic. These guys just have more money than your average joe who fucks the secretary. Either way you go, it's all going to come out in the wash. Movie stars are no better or worse than the rest of the population when it comes to fucking around!

i agree with outing people like arnold schwarzenegger or any other hypocrite politician that likes to project a conservative, family-oriented image. they deserve it for being assholes because they actually have an influence that affects everyday people's lives - they're behind new laws and make statements that contradict with their own actions. other than that i think it's tacky to go around making money off of other people's sex lives and indiscretions.
