Even though Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still an unconfirmed couple the pair is reportedly working out those pesky details of a pre-nuptial agreement according to the American tabloid - "The Star."
I guess since Brad Pitt and Jennifer Aniston's pre-nup made their divorce relatively simple, at least legally, it's probably a good idea.
But they do have to get married first - right?
Slate's gossips pull the item from the tabloid dubbing it "Star's Prenup Special!"
Star reports that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are currently hammering out a deal. The major sticking point: Pitt's visitation rights for Jolie's two adopted children, "who already think of him as their daddy."
"Brad's friend" tells the tab that "Angelina wants Brad to give up any claim on her children in the prenup … I think he'd sign anything if it got Angelina to agree to marry him."
Reports from the tabloid 'Celebrity Insider' say that Brad says that he "can't live" without the sultry puffy-lipped starlet, and needed her calming voice to get him back on track as he was reportedly missing her while filming in Canada.
So maybe he would sign anything.
For those keeping score- the pair has now been rumored to be secretly married, secretly engaged, and off to George Clooney's Italian villa to get hitched or living together in Brad's Malibu bachelor pad. The truth is probably somewhere in-between.
One thing is certain - they will need lawyers at some point.
Seriously, she doesn't want to grant him visitation? Why does she let Maddox call him Daddy? A man doesn't become your daddy for 5 years and then when it doesn't work out with Mommy, you never see him again. That's not right! Sounds like Ang maybe only looking for a part-time father and not a whole-life father, which he should be.
