Hollywood funnyman VINCE VAUGHN is taking legal action against three newspapers after they printed pictures of him allegedly kissing a mystery woman at a London charity event.
The SWINGERS star, currently dating JENNIFER ANISTON, is furious he has been made to look like a love rat by British newspapers the Sun and Daily Mirror, as well as the New York Post.
The UK publications printed the photos, along with articles suggesting he had been unfaithful to former FRIENDS star Aniston at the Old Vic theatre event earlier this month (OCT06).
Vaughn maintains the suggestion he was involved in a passionate embrace was false, according to London lawyers Schillings, who are representing the actor.
Aniston herself denied the break-up reports on Wednesday (11OCT06), telling talk show host OPRAH WINFREY that she and Vince are "still on".

Actually the only photo I saw was the one where he was kissing some girl's cheek in a totally uninterested way. Still, it's interesting he's sueing. Doesn't that usually happy when they photograph you with a man?
