They're investigating who gave her son methadone

Anna Nicole Smith and her lawyer Howard K. Stern did NOT get married on Thursday, Sept. 28, despite widely published reports to the contrary.

The ENQUIRER has also learned that both Anna and Howard do not know who prescribed methadone to Anna's son Daniel, who died from a combination of prescription anti-depressants and methadone.

Anna and Howard had planned to spend yesterday on a private island in the Bahamas, but those plans were changed when the media was tipped off to their location.

That's when Anna, Howard and about 15 friends took off sailing on a catamaran and once on board, TrimSpa CEO Alex Goen, told The ENQUIRER: "Howard and Anna quietly and simply made a commitment in front of God that they would be there for each other through good times and bad times, until death do them part." No wedding license was obtained and the "marriage" is not official, although they will make it official in the future.

Their day started at 3 a.m. when they left the house quietly, hoping to avoid the media and travel to a private island. Once on the island, according to Goen, they quickly realized they were not going to have privacy and switched plans to sail on the catamaran.

Goen told The ENQUIRER that Anna has been a virtual prisoner in the home and that friends and doctors have told her she needed to get out to help the healing process as she grieves over the shocking recent death of her son.

Neither Howard nor Anna drank alcohol at their ceremony, although the catamaran was stocked with approximately 15 beers.

"Anna needed reassurance that Howard is going to be there for her," Goen told The ENQUIRER. "They both really needed this during this difficult time."

The unofficial wedding ceremony was prompted by a conversation between Howard and Anna in the past few days. "They went for a walk and Anna said to Howard, 'Do you really love me? Are you really going to be there for me?'" said Goen, who added the couple recited vows that were not scripted but were off the top of their heads.

Goen also said that Anna and Howard do not know how methadone got into the system of Anna's son Daniel who died within hours of the birth of his little sister. "Howard and Anna want answers," Goen said. "The both were very surprised to hear this information. They don't know who prescribed the methadone. They're trying to figure it out."

Nope they didn't get married, they only STAGED a FAKE wedding to make money off selling the photos of their ridiculous publicity stunt! Oh PUH-LEASE! Everything about this sham, this ridiculous carefully-orchestrated publicity stunt was PLANNED OUT & scripted to the tee! Oh gee, i wonder who "tipped the media off to their location"??!!? Hmmm, could it have possibly been the two people who made a million dollars off having the *supposedly-unwanted* () media be present at the event???? Yeah, i do think so., and those two people would be Howard & Anna themselves. It goes without saying that they were doing the absolute OPPOSITE of "hoping to avoid the media".--BWAHAHA!, friggin greedy idiots. IMO, YEAH RIGHT. Anna may not know how Daniel got his hands on some Methadone (though the claims by Larry Birkhead, who i believe is telling the truth, about Anna herself being on Methadone, make it possible IMO that Anna could have been involved in at least how her son OBTAINED some Methadone.--He could have got into Mom's stash. But more likely in my opinion are my following thoughts.), but in my personal opinion, that creep Howard K. Stern probably knows EXACTLY how Daniel came to ingest Methadone. In my admittedly-far-fetched theory (which i've discussed before on this forum) but which i personally do think is very possible, i believe HE gave Daniel the deadly dose of Methadone.--Either by poisoning the unknowing-Daniel, or by saying, "Hey Daniel, take these [Methadone] pills, they'll get rid of your back pain [or whatever ailment].", knowing that the Methadone he was giving Daniel was A) a high enough dose to kill the frail skinny young man with no opiate tolerance OR B) knew that the Methadone would interact with the anti-depressants Daniel was on. Obviously, in my theory (which people are probably sick of hearing!--sorry!), Howard intentionally killed Daniel by poisoning him. So this bullcrap about "Anna & Howard" having no clue about how Daniel came to have Methadone and how "they want answers" and are "investigating" how Daniel got the Methadone are, like i said, IMO bullcrap.(At least on Howard's end of things., IMO) But of course () Howard is apparently "very surprised" that Daniel had Methadone in his system....That's all part of his act! Of course he needs everyone, ESPECIALLY Anna, to believe that he's just as mystified as everyone else by Daniel's death. And, he then of course gets to be Anna's shoulder to cry on....The tragedy has brought them closer together--which is EXACTLY what Howard wanted! The tragedy has not only brought them closer to together, but, to Howard's glee, it's brought them SO much closer together, they even went through a marriage ceremony together!!!!

EXACTLY what Howard, who has been obsessively in love with Anna for years, wanted! And look at where this tragedy has gotten him with the woman he's been obsessively madly in love with for years, who never recriprocated his love, and now suddenly is completely dependent on & is supposedly *in love* with him!--All because of Daniel's *accidental death*. I'm telling ya, i smell a rat!!!

All orchestrated & manipulated by Howard, IMO. I'm sure he's kept her DRUGGED-UP, unaware of what's even going on, a "prisoner in her home".

I know i sound like a broken record, and that my theory is creepily morbid & far-fetched, but like i've said before, people commit murder all the time, especially when unreciprocated obsessive love is concerned!--AND money, especially to the tune of millions & millions of dollars! I personally think Howard wanted Daniel, who i've read did NOT get along with or like Howard AT ALL and who was an heir to Anna's millions and who was Anna's closest confidante & advice-giver, OUT OF ANNA'S LIFE so he could have her all to himself. And apparently, he got his wish.

I don't think there's any way in hell Howard had to do with Daniels death. He could have, but I think it's far more likely that he was depressed and got into mom's stash—I can't imagine her keeping it well hidden since she's doped up constantly.

There is absolutely nothing that would come of Howard killing Daniel; if anything he just dug himself a hole because people are going to accuse him of it, just like ^ is. I think he's an obvious suspect but I highly doubt he did it. It wasn't like Daniel was in the way of Howard and Anna's relationship, and if this baby is indeed that other man's (whose name I forget because I don't give a shit) then it really doesn't make sense, because it's not like Howard wanted his "own" family only.

It just seems far-fetched, made up, and silly.

I do agree that the wedding ceremony was ridiculous though. I just rolled my eyes when I heard that they had done this. Their actions are beyond bizarre and I can't tell if they've just cracked after Daniels death, or if they really are just publicity whores. Probably a mixture of both.
