Jolie`s bodyguard manhandles press photographer

Pune, Oct 07: The personal security officer of the Hollywood couple Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt today allegedly manhandled a foreign photographer outside the five star hotel here where the celebrated actors are staying.

Sam Pelf, a photographer from the United Kingdom, was allegedly caught by the neck by one of the two personal security officers of the star couple when he tried to take the security officers` pictures.

Angelina, Brad and their three children are here for the month-long shoot for the film `A Mighty Heart`, based on the murder of Wall Street Journal reporter Daniel Pearl.

The security officer who was very abusive said that he will thrash the foreign photographer if he did not stop taking pictures and tailing the celebrated Hollywood couple.

The other security officer was equally abusive toward the journalists, including those from the Indian media. He asked the photojournalists and cameramen from the print and television channels to switch off their cameras.

Pelf later said he was considering registration of a police case against the security officer.

"I have not yet filed any case. But I am considering," Pel said when asked about the incident without revealing to which organisation he was representing.

"It is enough to know that I am from a London press. I am tired of narrating the incident to each and everyone. I am totally shaken by the treatment I got from the private security official," he said while biting a hamburger at the five star hotel lobby.

So these "photographers" were paparazzi, correct? I hate that they call those morons "photographers." They have the best cameras so they can do their stupid spy-work but they don't know their ass from a hole in the ground when it comes to real photography.

Didn’t you read about the phony security guard in LA who tried to get near them? Or the one who stalked Maddox at his school? I'd be fucking mad too at all the crazies out there.

I think this is a new tactic that the stalkerazzis are using now against the JPs and their security people, when they can’t get close to the family and when the JPs security people stopped them for taking any pictures of the family; then the stalkerazzis comes out with ridiculous stories that they were “abused” and “manhandled” by the JPs’ security people.

If you see some of the pictures outside their Hotel and the amount of the pap’s that are waiting for them to step out of the door you would understand they way these two and especially their children are hunted. You don’t have to be a Rocket Scientist to understand that. Brad and Angie went in India to shoot a movie and to spent some quality time with their children. But I suppose it’s very reasonable and cool for some for a family to be harassed and for anyone to violently invade their privacy but it’s not good if a stalker photographer to get some punishment for that. And if the paps are going off the limits then they deserve it.

I’ve come to the conclusion that if someone shot at BP and AJ (God forbid), some morons will say “well why did they stand in the way of his bullet. The poor guys has rights”. Honestly, how anyone can see the fightened expression on Maddox’s face and still claim Mickey the bodyguard was in the wrong is beyond me. How crazy is that? I don’t know why people allow their hate to over-ride common sense. These paparazzis are aggressive. We’ve all seen videos of how they act with celebrities, they yell out offensive things just to get a reaction from their prey. They shove the cameras in their faces and won’t listen to reason. Is it too much to ask that they stay at a respectable distance especially when the celebs are with their children? Is that even something that should be asked….shouldn’t it be a given? And then to top it all, some morons start spouting legal crap and comments like ("what great humanatarians"/ snark)…..what about common decency? What about not scaring a child? Nooo, these take a back seat to the aggresive paparazzi’s “rights” Give me a break! What it all boils down to is hate for the Jolie Pitts and for them to disguise it as concern for “paparazzis right” is just plain HYPOCRITICAL!!!

I agree that the paps have gone too far and that Maddox looked frightened. I do not agree with the guard grabbing the guy by the throat. I also do not think that BP or AJ told the guard to do it. They just hire a security crew, they do not have control of whether or not the guard loses his cool. I doubt they will keep this guy on their detail. They will just call the security company and have another person sent out. It does crack me up though to see people blame them for this man's actions.

As I said before someone zapped my post, if this was me and I was with my kid in this situation, I would have choked the shit out that pap. And the whole lame-assed excuse that 'they're in public' and he's 'just doing his job'...fuck off, loser and get a real job. Harrassing people and scaring the shit out of kids is not a job. They have a choice. Sure, it would scare the living sh*t out of me if I happened to be out with my three kids and a ton of paps swarmed around me. I'd probably go batsh*t on them too. BUT, they court the paps all of the time. AJ is known to be a master of the media in that way so I have a hard time feeling sorry for them. There are tons and tons of celebs who have kids who have never been in the media. They manage to keep their kids out of the public eye. With all of their resources, AJ/BP could do the same. They just choose not to.

I would also add that as a parent, I'd never knowingly put my kid in harms way. Again, these two could keep their kids away from the public if they chose to do so. Look at Thetan Tom. All kidding aside, his baby (ahem) is the most sought after kid on the planet. Her photos (before VF) would have landed any pap enough money to retire on yet no one was able to get to her. You can't tell me that precious Brad and Angie are lacking for those resources.
