Angelina Jolie shoots at Aubugnon Street
Near the spice shops, at Aubugnon Street, and later at Jean-Jaurés Square, a very hot plant has made a quick appearance yesterday. The American actress shot some scenes from the film “A mighty heart” in an apartment on this narrow street. Produced by her companion Brad Pitt, who wisely stayed away with the children in Lambesc, the movie tells the story of Marianne Pearl, the widow of the American journalist kidnapped and beheaded by Islamic Pakistani.
Monique Venturi, the lucky town councillor in charge of the Cinema chair, has been able to approach the set. “Only a little bit, there were lots of security guards around”. Only with one regret, that of not being able to see “Mr Jolie”.

He looks relaxed and happy in the first pic. Fatherhood agrees with him. He looks like a man.

I can't believe they're continuing with her in the role. Black-face, anyone?
His turn to stay home while she works, sounds as though they have things worked out and all the other stories about them is crap... or is this one crap![]()
He looks okay in the very small pics. Stay away from enlarging them though.![]()
"a very hot plant has made a quick appearance..."? Sounds like something was lost in translation, non?
LMAO at "Mr. Jolie!"
It goes both ways. You don't see me complaining about Ben Kingsley playing Ghandi do you? And nobody complained when Anthony Hopkins, an old white guy, was cast as a black man passing for white in The Human Stain. Marianne Pearl is Cuban, Jewish and dutch and raised in France - yes - her African lineage is obvious, but if SHE doesn’t call herself a ‘black’ woman or even more to the POINT, doesn’t feel that someone who shares that commonality with her HAS to play her in the film, then why are you chasing after her trying to induct her in the black woman’s club??

Halle Berry has just signed on to star in Class Act for Dreamworks. The film tells the real-life story of Tierney Cahill.
Cahill is a teacher from Reno, Nev., who took a challenge from her sixth-grade students to run for Congress in the 2000 elections on the condition that they would help run her campaign. The single mother ultimately lost her bid to an incumbent, but she ended up winning 35% of the popular vote.
The real Cahill, is a white woman. Producers felt that it was best to hire an actress they felt could play the role rather than find an actress that looked like Cahill.
Production starts in May
