Britney Spears stuck at home while Kfed returns to partying ways.

October 3, 2006 -- KEVIN Federline's second son with Britney Spears was born just three weeks ago, but already the aspiring rapper is back to his old bad-boy ways - leaving his wife and babies at home in Malibu to party up a storm in Las Vegas.

Just six months ago, Spears put a semi-permanent kibosh on K-Fed's unquenchable love for Vegas weekends with the guys. As Page Six first reported, the pop tart curtailed his allowance and made him ask for permission for out-of-town trips.

But with the birth of her second child, Sutton Pierce Federline, it seems that Spears' attention is distracted. Federline and a crew of his boys took a private jet to the Venetian hotel-casino Friday night for the weekend-long celebration of the one-year anniversary of the club Tao.

"He booked a table at Tao for both nights," said our source. "He was surrounded by women, was drinking a lot and dancing on the banquette. Every time one of the girls tried to take a picture, he freaked out and wouldn't let them."

Federline wasn't the only one having a good time in Sin City. Other celebrity antics at the Tao anniversary weekend party included:

* On Friday, the almost always drunk Jeremy Piven was "hammered and all over the ladies - no surprise there," laughed a spy. After partying until 5 a.m., Piven almost missed his plane Saturday morning.

A Venetian mole buzzed, "The driver of his car had somebody go get him. When he answered the door of his hotel room, he was reeking of the night before and there were two girls in the room." A rep for Piven, a notorious cad, didn't return calls.

* "Jackass" star Steve-O got kicked out of Tao and the Venetian on Saturday night after an incident where he almost molested a "tub girl." Steve-O jumped into one of the large tubs of water with rose petals in it that dot the club. The vessels also have attractive girls lounging in them.

Steve-O "got naked, jumped in - the woman in the tub ran out - and he p - - - ed in the tub," said our grossed-out insider. "Security booted him."

The very idea that this loser thinks he has the right to take a private jet anywhere makes me want to hurl. God, I hate this guy.

Twitney should grow a brain and put a stop to his wasteful spending. She has two children to think of. Making sure they're taken care of is a heck of a lot more important than paying for that idiot's good time.

She will not throw him out.
She will not change the locks.
He will continue to visit exclusive nightclubs.
He will continue to spend her money.

If it can take a person 35 years to quit smoking, it could take
Britney years to stand up for herself.
