Ashton Kutcher And Demi Moore Say 'I Love You' With Guns
Ashton Kutcher and his wife Demi Moore have made a vow to stay together - after treating each other to guns.
The actor reveals he and Moore purchased shooters just after they got married a year ago and now he's convinced neither one of them with stray.
He says, "We got guns and that helps... She was working on a movie in Louisiana and so we went out and both got (guns). She got a Glock and I got a Springfield."
Kutcher has found another use for his gun: "It's also good for when the girls (Moore's three daughters) bring boys back to the house; I take them out and show them how to shoot. I actually took this boy that Scout was dating out at our place in Idaho and I would, like, carry the gun around in my side at all times just so he knew... Subtle hints."

Funny, I would've figured him too much the pothead to run around
with a sidearm (unless he was carrying it to "shotgun").

OK, we all know nothing says I love you like a good firearm but still, is anyone taking this story seriously? I've seen this guy in interviews and I don't think anything he says can be taken at face value.

My husband and I have lots of guns, and we all (the family) shoot targets on a regular basis. We all know how to handle a gun and are very safe. I am an admitted redneck (the good kind, though I have all my teeth and think incest is disgusting ) and was very happy when one of my b day gifts a few years ago was a 22 rifle...
Bring it on...I'm ready...

Hey, I can laugh at myself!
Honestly, there are some real rednecks, but we are more "country" than redneck... Our idea of fun is riding 4 wheelers with a cooler of beer on the back or racing at the dirt track.
I can tell you proudly that I have never eaten a wild animal, and would have to be pretty damn hungry to do so! I do know people that eat anything that crawls...these are the real rednecks-

Hell some of the biggest rednecks I know are lesbians!!!
We ride alot during the week, but only drink a few...the cooler comes in very handy on the weekend, though!
I don't eat any wild game or fresh meat. When we were young, my grandparents and mother and stepdad would kill pigs...I wouldn't eat pork until I knew it was bought from the grocery store... Which I know, makes no sense because "bought meat" is full of fillers and hormones and what not...but it was just to "strong" tasting for me...
I dated a guy once that if I couldn't tell it was chicken or pork chop, I wouldn't eat it! These people ate everything! I came in one night and something smelled delicious. My mouth was watering when I sat down to the table...then I discovered that we were having SQUIRREL with gravy

What on earth are all the guns for, then?
Here's a cultural difference, it seems - I'm Swedish, many people here, especially in the country, own firearms; but it's only for hunting. I've never even held a gun or rifle in my life, but I eat quite a lot of wild game; mostly moose, because my family owns some land further to the north, I have relatives who hunt and while the hunting rights are rented out to hunting teams (standard practice, although interested landowners are part of the teams, of course), we always get our share as landowners; but also deer, reindeer and sometimes wild boar. It's great food, and ethically I prefer it, too; at least with wild game I know that the animal has led a good life out in the wild, hasn't been shipped anywhere alive and hasn't been through industrial slaughter.

^^Hubby and my youngest daughter do hunt, and I have, but i have never killed anything. I like to target practice, and have gotten pretty good!
There are people who have guns for the fun of it, but you would be hard pressed to find people around here that don't hunt.
I also believe that you don't shoot something that you (well, someone) don't eat.
